Keeps track of all of my leads and allows the ability to sort and filter - saving a tremendous amount of time.

**What do you like best about Velocify Dial-IQ?**

Dial-IQ is AWESOME for calling through outbound lists of prospects. It's also easy to design callflows, including IVRs, in Dial-IQ. My agents like working with it.

**What do you dislike about Velocify Dial-IQ?**

Dial-IQ reporting doesn't let me get the data I need for inbound call analytics, nor does it let me search and filter call data by information stored elsewhere in the lead record.

**Recommendations to others considering Velocify Dial-IQ:**

Really think about what you need from a phone system. This is built on Twilio, but it's not as accessible or capable as Twilio. If you need something simple and associated with leads, this is it.

**What problems is Velocify Dial-IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Velocify for our entire lead management process, and we use Dial-IQ for our inside sales team. By using many sets of lead distribution programs, we've automated our follow-up cadence so that the inside sales team only needs to hit "Get Lead" and they receive the next qualified lead, the qualification of which is determined by the output of multiple programs running at once. It's complex but not complicated; once the programs are established, they're very easy to use, and ease of use is the real selling point of Dial-IQ.

**What do you like best about Velocify Dial-IQ?**

Intuitive.  It is so easy to find notes and add notes to your leads.

**What do you dislike about Velocify Dial-IQ?**

I have been using Velocify for just over four months.  I have yet to have any problems, other than a short period where we lost the ability to dial for a couple of hours.  The Velocify team was able to resolve those issues, and we have not had any other service outages since then.

**What problems is Velocify Dial-IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Other than the system outage over a month ago, it has been relatively easy to learn and become proficient at using Velocify.

Old-school straight-to-the-point features that get the job done. Decent compatibility with other IT systems that allows for an integrated experience when using different applications

**What do you dislike about Velocify Dial-IQ?**

A lot of bugs. System goes down very frequently.  Won't even let you log in at times. Logs you out when it glitches a lot. Common latency issues that really dampen experience

**What problems is Velocify Dial-IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system has allowed me to keep in touch with my business clients regularly and foster business relationships with them that are mutually beneficial to both parties.

**What do you like best about Velocify Dial-IQ?**

Velocify gives you the ability to streamline distributions and contact strategy to most effectively communicate with prospects. It can be ties with SMS and Email Drip campaigns as well.

**What do you dislike about Velocify Dial-IQ?**

Velocify Blade could be bigger and provide a little more insight to the end user, you can enlarge the screen but if you have to edit the lead you have to leave the dialer and than come back in. Very small setback

**What problems is Velocify Dial-IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better contact strategy and increased contact rates with prospects, gives full range contact strategy calls, automated voicemails, texts, and email campaigns.

**What do you like best about Velocify Dial-IQ?**

This is the system that allows me to do my job. it has improved search functions that make it easy to locate files when someone  dials in. And when receiving a call from a number that has a file associated with it already, the file is linked directly to the inbound call which is super handy. You can also dial out and leave actions without needing to fully open he file, which makes it simple to dial out and leave voicemails.

**What do you dislike about Velocify Dial-IQ?**

there is a tendency to run into latency issues where velocify runs very slowly opening files and dialing out

**What problems is Velocify Dial-IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes dialing out efficient. ***I cannot upload a full screenshot due to privacy of information acts in general but also those specific to education. So it shows my name and im logged in; However, I am unable to provide more than that without breaking some laws

The local presence and the fact it integrates with the pulse product

No region based call record blocking. This makes it so we cant record calls and makes it difficult for us to pull calls and coach reps.

Implement the region based call recording so you can turn it on or off depending on the state you are calling in to.

We solve the issue of not having local presence in every state. Some prospects are hesitant to answer the phone if they do not recognize the area the number is calling from.

Very easy to configure complex call routing and call queue rules. Ability to handle high call volume

Scripting within product can be cumbersome. Support for customization is limited

I like how everything is included in this program. If I want to manage a client, it is very easy for all their information to be included under one page. It is convenient as well that they can be "assigned" to their own advisor/manager/whatever industry you're in.

**What do you dislike about Velocify Dial-IQ?**

This program does get confusing sometimes, especially when you first start using it. Even after using it for a while, there's just so many features that it can be overwhelming.

**What problems is Velocify Dial-IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Velocity Dial-IQ has made it easy to manage thousands of students using one program. All their information is in one place and it's so integrated due to the cloud-based system that the correct people can access it at the most important times.

The system was built in house and was a bit clunky, but worked well enough for a call center.

**What do you dislike about Velocify Dial-IQ?**

It would take a while for pages to load while on the phone, which often lead to awkward pausing.

It was efficient for outbound dialing prospects and connect the calls to the call center reps.

I really like the hands free way to contact customers and the note taking and customization is really great!

There isn't anything that I dislike about the Dial-IQ. It's really a great tool!

Speed-to-Lead, Call efficiency, being able to move from one call to the next, lead management, etc.

I like that I was able to click to dial phone numbers. That saved me a lot of time of manually having to dial them myself. 

**What do you dislike about Velocify Dial-IQ?**

We recently replaced Velocify with Salesloft. It seemed outdated and a little confusing to use at times.

**What problems is Velocify Dial-IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time savings. With the amount of people our sales team has to call, it saved us tons of time. Always being able to record calls for training purposes.
