Resolve247 Reviews & Product Details

Resolve247 is an AI-powered customer support platform that helps businesses answer more customer questions while reducing the workload on their support team. We handle an average of 82% of customer queries, without you having to switch help desk. Resolve247 combines two AI support tools in one plan: Resolve247 is built around accuracy, with safeguards designed to prevent AI from making up answers, source citations, and seamless human handover when the AI is unsure. AIChatbot answers your customers 24/7. Embed it on your website or add it inside your existing live chat widget. It is trained on your website, help docs and knowledge base, so it answers in your words, shows the source behind every answer, and hands over to a human whenever the customer asks or when it is not sure. On average the AI can handle 82% of customer queries. ResponseAssistant drafts replies directly inside your existing inbox. It learns from your knowledge base and your past conversations, so drafts land in your tone of voice. Your team reviews and sends in one click, cutting reply time by around 50%. It works alongside the tools businesses already use, including HubSpot, Help Scout, Crisp and Front, and can be set up in minutes without replacing your existing support system. Live in minutes, not weeks. Point it at your website or help docs, match it to your brand, and embed. Setup is three steps and we auto-train the AI for you. Every plan includes personal onboarding, no extra charges. Pricing starts at $35/month with a 30-day free trial and no credit card required. Predictable flat-rate pricing, not per-resolution fees that spike with your volume. Recognized as Best AI Customer Support Solution 2026 by SME News, and listed as an Up & Coming provider in the 2026 CMP Research Prism for Chatbot / Virtual Agent.
