**What do you like best about Booking Engine?**

What I like most about Booking Engine is how easy and efficient it makes scheduling. It’s intuitive, saves time, reduces back-and-forth communication, and allows clients to book seamlessly without manual coordination.

**What do you dislike about Booking Engine?**

The main downside is that some customization options feel limited, and certain advanced features could be more flexible. There’s also a small learning curve when first setting everything up.

**What problems is Booking Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Booking Engine solves the problem of manual scheduling, missed messages, and double bookings. It streamlines the entire booking process, saves time, improves organization, and allows me to focus more on my work instead of logistics.

**What do you like best about Booking Engine?**

I like that every reservation that we got through this platform is with a very low commission rate in comparison with other booking engines. We can setup offers, packages and more. I like that customer is able to add a flight to their reservation in that way that's a value-added. The customer receives a confirmation email immediately. I like you can add a booking widget to your Facebook Fan Page.

**What do you dislike about Booking Engine?**

I don't like that the user interface is old. In comparison to other booking engines, you have to drive traffic to your site on your own. 

**Recommendations to others considering Booking Engine:**

This is a good platform to manage your hotel/inn/accommodation business.

**What problems is Booking Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting new reservations/sales directly without paying high commission costs.

**What do you like best about Booking Engine?**

I like how adaptable and customizable the software is. It offered several personalization aspects such as promotions, cross-selling solutions etc.

**What do you dislike about Booking Engine?**

I dislike the learning curve for current employees during the implantation phase of the program. Although it is easy to use, some users had a harder time understanding the software. 

**Recommendations to others considering Booking Engine:**

Good overall product. We are happy so far. 

**What problems is Booking Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to optimize our hotel bookings and offer a better service to our customers.
