**What do you like best about Rescue Digital Media?**

One year ago my laptop was damaged due to water so I was worried about how to recover my pics there wasn't any good software for that but through a YouTube video I came across Rescue Digital Media and it was superb, the recovery quality was amazing. Although I use this software rarely but I can say it is the best. Recovering is also very easy and not much permission or access is to be granted.

**What do you dislike about Rescue Digital Media?**

I think the team is not very responsive, it can be improved. The integration with third party is not good and can be a threat to security.

**What problems is Rescue Digital Media solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are not much good software available in the market for recovering photos and also this software provide pics with original pixels there is no damage in quality of pics.
