ReReady has improved the speed at which I retrieve laptops from remote employees and given me back much needed time to focus on my technical duties. Prior to using ReReady, it would commonly take me 2-3 weeks to start the return process for laptops. Now, I create a ReReady order during my offboarding process, and I don't have to worry about price adjustments in the shipping process for estimated weights. It's one receipt, less follow-up with end users, and one tracking portal. Gone are the days of ordering a box on Amazon, estimating the weight for the return label, and asking employees to print out return labels. I seriously love this service.
