**What do you like best about ReReady?**

ReReady has improved the speed at which I retrieve laptops from remote employees and given me back much needed time to focus on my technical duties. Prior to using ReReady, it would commonly take me 2-3 weeks to start the return process for laptops. Now, I create a ReReady order during my offboarding process, and I don't have to worry about price adjustments in the shipping process for estimated weights. It's one receipt, less follow-up with end users, and one tracking portal. Gone are the days of ordering a box on Amazon, estimating the weight for the return label, and asking employees to print out return labels. I seriously love this service.

**What do you dislike about ReReady?**

The only bummer about this service is that they don't offer two-factor authentication for basic accounts. Otherwise, it's really great.

**Recommendations to others considering ReReady:**

If you are a one-person IT team or very small IT team for a small-medium company, you need this service for remote employee device returns. It's such a time saver for me. Give it a try - the price is worth it for less offboarding headaches.

**What problems is ReReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReReady provides a laptop box and return label shipping service at an affordable price. Collecting devices from remote employee has been a pain point of mine for several years now, and I had looked into other solutions without success. Other companies were offering laptop retrieval/laptop storage at much higher rates and would have resulted in an overcomplicated offboarding process. For a small-medium organization, ReReady was the perfect solution for my offboarding problems.
