We use this software multiple times a day - we have 12-15 techs in our shop and they all use this to look up pricing and part numbers. The integration with our SMS (Tekmetric) is seamless. It's very straight forward and simple to learn. - ease of parts look up - integration with SMS - it's a great tool for a quick look up - the diagrams super helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Is not always up to date. part number/prices may not be what is shown. most european and asian dealers still require us to call them to quote parts. - can't always trust the information provided. - no real customer support that i've seen. Repairlink has made it much faster to quite the correct part - it has greatly reduced the amount of time that we spend on hold with dealership parts departments.
