**What do you like best about RepairLink?**

Ease of finding parts and integration with tekmetric

**What do you dislike about RepairLink?**

Hard to know if it's actually in stock, and there have been some times the price was not the same as the dealer would sell it for.

**What problems is RepairLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me find OEM parts for vehicles

**What do you like best about RepairLink?**

We use this software multiple times a day - we have 12-15 techs in our shop and they all use this to look up pricing and part numbers. The integration with our SMS (Tekmetric) is seamless.  It's very straight forward and simple to learn.

- ease of parts look up
- integration with SMS
- it's a great tool for a quick look up
- the diagrams super helpful

**What do you dislike about RepairLink?**

Is not always up to date.  part number/prices may not be what is shown.
most european and asian dealers still require us to call them to quote parts.

- can't always trust the information provided. 
- no real customer support that i've seen.

**What problems is RepairLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Repairlink has made it much faster to quite the correct part - it has greatly reduced the amount of time that we spend on hold with dealership parts departments. The integration with our SMS ensures that part numbers will not get written down wrong adn that the prices will be (mostly) right

**What do you like best about RepairLink?**

I can look up International parts and diagrams and then also see if my local international has in stock and for how much!

**What do you dislike about RepairLink?**

Sometimes when lookup diagrams, if i click on and then back up and click again, it shows something totally different.

**What problems is RepairLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Looking up part number and diagrams for internationals and if local stores have parts in stock and the price of them.
