I really appreciate their support, which is top notch. We can ask a question and get answers right away, even with video if needed, and they're happy to jump on a call to show us things. They're very in tune with how we need support, especially at the beginning, and that's great. I also like how you can get information about a property, an owner, or a tenant all from one page. Some of the workflows need improvement as they take a lot of clicks to accomplish tasks. It seems like they haven't consulted power users to streamline these processes and minimize clicks. The thing I like the most about Rentvine is the interface as it is easy to navigate and makes the statements readable for our clients. Tenants also have an easy time going through their portal and using the pay stations to pay rent. The text message or messaging feature lacks the ability to confirm when someone has read the message. We need confirmation that it was delivered or opened to avoid legal issues with particular tenants or owners. What do you like best about Rentvine?

It's convenient to assign vendors and let owners follow along as the work order gets completed. Rentvine feels modern and user-friendly compared to what we used before, which was a nice change. Rentvine is easy to use and very user-friendly. Even if there's a new feature I haven't used before, it's very easy to find and use. For instance, they recently updated a feature from a note tab to an image, and it was very easy to find. In general, the platform is very easy to use and very user-friendly. I would say, for example, there are some features that we are not able to use in Rentvine. I also use another platform such as RentSpree, and I would much like to see if there is any kind of integration between the different rental applications, like copying, pasting, or downloading, uploading documents easily. I don't know if through the APIs or some other features to create the integration to transfer the documentation or information easily rather than just going through the traditional process of uploading, downloading, or copy-pasting. What do you like best about Rentvine?

I appreciate Rentvine's tenant and owner chat and messaging functionality. We have eliminated a great deal of phone calls, texting, and email communication by transitioning everyone to portal chat. This saves us time and keeps our records organized and time-stamped. Rentvine also improved tenant interaction, increased online payment adoption, and improved accounting clarity. Submitting a work order via the portal can only be done while logged in and online. It does not support or pull in voice, text, or email submissions. Thank you for this, and for the detail on how you're using Rentvine day to day. Cutting out phone calls, texts, and scattered emails in favor of time-stamped portal chat is a great example of what centralizing communication should do, glad it's paying off in real time saved and cleaner records. Also good to hear about the lift in online payment adoption and clearer accounting.

On work order submission: that's fair. Requiring a logged-in portal session for now is a real limitation if a tenant wants to call, text, or email one in instead, and we get why you sourced another integration to cover that gap. We'll pass this along to product. Same with the setup experience, we want that to be smoother, and this helps us see where it wasn't.
