So far, based on the benchmarking I have done, I have not found anything that performs below market standards. Anyone who has worked with similar platforms will understand the complexity of the initial setup, given the wide range of scenarios and the need to customize integrations with CRMs whose configurations are often far from standardized.

If there is one area where I see room for improvement, it would be reporting. It would be great to have a less rigid approach to report layouts and more flexibility when combining different elements such as compensation plans, rankings, comparisons, report types, performance trends, and other metrics and to be able to synch back or export in different formats. For me, one of the biggest differentiators is the team behind the product. Our compensation plans change quite often and there are always edge cases that come up. Whenever I’m unsure about how to configure something, the Remuner CS team is there to help. They understand compensation, not just the software, which makes those conversations much more useful.
