There are lots of things to like. The pricing is good, and once installed, it's pretty easy to use. However, the standout for me is the support. It is so fast. I’d really like to have a host app installed on the PC I’m supporting. Right now, for quick support, I always end up either sending the exe again or having the client open and run the exe each time, which I understand.
