It's been really good as it is able to run on most of the mobile devices. **What do you dislike about Remote Eye?** The user interface can be better. Also, this issue might not be under the control of RemoteEye, but as the connection gets unstable, the session breaks sometimes, which is a real pain. **What problems is Remote Eye solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have deployments in quite a few countries in Europe. Most of the time, our partners aren't able to visit the site personally, so we have saved quite a lot of time using RemoteEye to access the situation on the deployment site by sending anyone available without any prior knowledge of the devices. It works very intuitive so inexperienced end users get the hang of it in a couple of minutes. Also good to mention that the software performs very solidly. In the 3 years we have working with it I experienced one server crash or something like that, which was fixed within 1-2 hours. **What do you dislike about Remote Eye?** Regarding any dislikes. The UI of the Admin panel can be a bit tricky, but as its meant for IT departments, in practice, it does work, and we rarely get complaints about this. **What problems is Remote Eye solving and how is that benefiting you?** Remote expertise solution.
