**What do you like best about RegPathway?**

RegLantern enabled us to begin gathering and cataloging information 6 months in advance of our OSV.  The team was able to work remotely in real time.  We were able to leave helpful notes that enabled us to articulate helpful hints and  track our progress.  The platform mirrors the compliance manual and site visit protocol.  The form(s) 5A and 6A tools were invaluable and optimized efficiencies around the gathering and tracking of contracts and board governance/authority. 

**What do you dislike about RegPathway?**

Nothing, as the software developers were open to all feedback and incorporated ALL changes that I asked them to make...............phenomenal customer service was an added bonus.

**Recommendations to others considering RegPathway:**

Invest in this platform you will not be disappointed 

**What problems is RegPathway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We received 92/93 met elements on OSV and will easily correct the ONE finding within our CRO period and the reviewers raved about our level of organization.  The management team was able to work independently without the nuisance of silos due to the real time capabilities of RegLantern.  Our Board Members were able to review their chapters independently with the benefit of looking at the uploaded documentation and the questions the reviewers would be asking.

**What do you like best about RegPathway?**

I like the way documents are organized with needed redundancy built in to make sure you can locate what you are looking for in multiple areas.

**What do you dislike about RegPathway?**

As a user I dislike depending on others.

**Recommendations to others considering RegPathway:**

RegLantern is a wonderful tool, if you keep it current.  When writing grants or looking for documents the systems is easy to learn, contains almost all the information you need and makes so much easier.

**What problems is RegPathway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a consultant and I assist clients in writing New Access Point and Service Area Competition applications.  Clients provide me access to their accounts. RegLantern provides easy access to the various documents I need to complete my work .  RegLantern makes my work easier with a much stronger final product.
