I also like that I can develop custom frameworks for specialized environments. The implementation was straight forward, and it is easy enough to deploy into client environments. **What do you dislike about Compliance Manager GRC?** The interface could do with an update. It is very simple to use and clean, but it looks outdated (see screenshot). As for ease of integration, I have been unable to integrate my network discovery tool, which I would like to do. Another feature that would be nice would be the ability to import and evaluate configuration files from switches, AP's, and other hardware. This allows you to produce immediate results as the LAN/Cloud scans will turn up technical items that need to be addressed while you work on the more prosaic security review questions that are always included in an assessment. Like many other tools, it allows you to combine standards from a long list of supported options, and consolidates these down into a relatively concise set of questions to answer. Within the questions, features such as assignments to subject matter experts (internal or external), evidence attachments, and multiple ways to view and export results, make it easier to pace an assessment and track progress. The questions contain plenty of guidance to understand the right answers and evidence to provide. Lots of useful reports, graphics, marketing materials, etc for MSSP offerings. The price is right. **What do you dislike about Compliance Manager GRC?** Vendor management needs attention; while it offers the ability to list vendors and to send them their own subset of security questions, this covers only non-compliant vendors. When you track compliant or giant vendors (IE Microsoft, Amazon AWS), there's nowhere to manage those vendors. I'd look for an ability to upload compliance docs, selecting the domains which are covered by those vendors in the shared responsibility. While CM-GRC does integrate with other Kaseya solutions such as ITGlue and Vulscan (and even with a competitor such as Connectwise for ticketing), I'd like to see more integration options. SSO for instance is klugey as you have to create the SSO in KaseyaOne from which you can link to CM-GRC, but not directly in CM-GRC. **What problems is Compliance Manager GRC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rather than fill out endless questionnaires and checklists, GRC combines the work into a perpetual-compliance solution where you can track progress and produce results for your MSSP customers and internal management alike. ### 5. Having the ability to have time based key risk indicators would be very helpful. The tool being a SaaS offering means it has 0 setup required to get it up and running. **What do you dislike about Compliance Manager GRC?** It has random UI glitches and slowness that only go away when we reach out to the support team. We've had cases where the agent responsible for scanning the system for compliance requirement reporting took over a week and still required us to repeat the process. The target company musst either use 365 of Google. Other email systems are not recognized. It's integration with other Kaseya products help to prevent duplicate data and legistical headaches. The client portal for both policy sign off and report access are great tools as well. **What do you dislike about Compliance Manager GRC?** The interface is clunky and it can often be difficult to find the information your looking for. Seems easy to implement if you are doing this. Kaseya support is generally good and they want to help however they can. Lots of integrations available such as to ITGlue but how useful some of these are, I wasn't too convinced. **What do you dislike about Compliance Manager GRC?** It feels as though it is missing some specific elements such as around the surveying of third parties/vendors. Internal policy management isn't overly intuitive vs other options on the market. **What problems is Compliance Manager GRC solving and how is that benefiting you?** GRC is filling the gap of overseeing all policies and compliance vetting within an organisation. It seemed like it may be a good fit, however for us eventually we saw more suited options for us. It would fit a smaller business well that wants to move towards formalised compliance and making sure they are doing the right thing! ### 32. As a result, we have a platform to track all the compliance-related changes to our client machines. As a tool, it's a great solution for anyone who is looking to perform compliance checks for a wide ray of compliances. As a Saas product, Implementation was smooth and we did not have to do a lot of configurations either and we use a suite of Kaseya products so the integration was great as well. **What do you dislike about Compliance Manager GRC?** There have been times where we saw some amount of performance drops. This resulting in long delays on calls with client. This got to a point where we even had to reschedule the call due to this impact. It sometimes resolved on its own and sometimes we had to reach the support in order to get it resolved. **What problems is Compliance Manager GRC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Compliance manager allows us to find things where our clients machine lack in terms of requirements that any signing authority has made mandatory. With this tool we dont have to manage things with meticulous details and we can easily get things checked with automatic checks however many times we want. ### 33.
