I am a small business owner of a medical practice. When I started 2 years ago, I was overwhelmed with all the regulatory requirements and did a lot of research to compare companies. Many were very pricey and did not offer all in one platform with ease of use. EPI offers just that. With one log in, I can check which employees need to complete courses, send email reminders, and have access to many other documents and resources. I also get regular emails with status updates. The EPICompliance platform is very user-friendly, no matter your assigned role. I love their "One-in-All" HIPAA Compliance product, from providing the annual training, policy and procedure breakdowns, to housing and creating BA Agreements. Everything you need to complete and monitor HIPAA Compliance is right there. The monthly tasks are a huge help as we are a multi-facility organization, and it helps monitor each location for adherence to the rules and regulations. In the past it was always frustrating knowing where to begin and what I should be doing monthly to follow compliance guidelines but that frustration is no more with EPICompliance.
