I like that Compliancy Group Healthcare Compliance is easy to navigate, especially when creating profiles, assigning trainings, and keeping track of which members have completed or are in the process of completing their trainings. It's a huge plus that there is a vast list of trainings available, so I can create groups and assign specific trainings to those groups. This helps a lot with ensuring our staff and clinic are on track with annual HIPAA training, which is crucial when we renew our certificate of approval. It's also valuable for the staff as it serves as a constant reminder to handle our client's personal health records responsibly. Also, setting it up was fairly easy. Whenever I have a question, which is often with OSHA and HIPAA compliance for a small dental DSO, they are incredibly supportive. They're incredibly helpful, and if they don't have something I need or the exact answer I'm looking for, they take the time to find it out, which is great because I typically don't have time to do that. They make OSHA and HIPAA compliance a lot easier than it has historically ever been. I also appreciate the ease of setting up a compliance program with Compliancy Group Healthcare Compliance, even though it's extensive. They are there to help every step of the way if I have questions, breaking it down so it's more digestible and preventing me and my team from feeling overwhelmed. I love the support from Compliancy Group Healthcare Compliance. I really think their support is really good and makes me feel awesome. Liam does a great job on the webinars, and I'm always learning new stuff, whether interacting via email with their support or in the webinars. I also think the initial setup was really easy. The onboarding process is really good. We had two onboarding calls with their onboarding specialists who gave us all the tools, and I followed the HIPAA risk assessment playbook that's in the guard portal. The 2025 updates to the Compliancy Group portal made the entire system much easier to utilize. The question and answer format of the risk assessments breaks complex regulatory language into manageable size chunks. Each question contains a simplified explanation of the regulation and links to policies and information within the platform that would improve our compliance with a given regulation. This makes it easy to open a new assessment and just start ticking off answers. The system does generate automatic reminder emails based on the date that a question was originally answered, so don't spend days or weeks getting through the assessment questions in the first place or you'll be nagged by an equally strung out series of reminder emails for the rest of time! We've been using Compliancy Group for quite a few years and, unfortunately, our customer support experience has been inconsistent across that time. As of early 2026, things are good! As an employee in a small business, I wear a lot of hats. The fact that there are so many tools and modules in the Compliancy Group portal can be overwhelming and there's a sense that not only am I barely keeping up with the regularly scheduled prompts from the system but that there are entire modules of the system that I'm not even utilizing. Some of this overwhelm stems from the upgrades made in 2024 and 2025 that changed Compliancy Group from a very handholding compliancy service into more of a self-service portal. I don't know if our company didn't get the correct transition correspondence or what but I'm just now getting to a point where I think I actually understand which of the new options I should be using. We are a small business that is a BAA to multiple medical practices and systems. The hardest part of HIPAA compliance for us has always been figuring out which parts of the rules applied to what we do. Compliancy Group's Q&A approach to the assessments makes that easier for us. Having a single place to organize the BAAs that we have with our vendors and clients has made it much easier to manage the age and applicability of those agreements instead of having them buried in a general file amongst all the other invoices and contracts that are in play. They help me solve questions that I may not understand or that I need extra training on. One feature that stands out to me is that I can use the back arrow to review what I have just learned, which enhances my experience by allowing me to reread some of the questions from each module. The initial setup was very quick and easy, and I was able to login directly after setting up my account. I feel this is a great service to use for team members.
