**What do you like best about Softtek?**

They adapt to every need, are very professional, their delivery times are top-notch, and you can count on them to deliver quality over quantity. A lot of capable people work with them.

**What do you dislike about Softtek?**

Sometimes it can take a long time on the pre-work, to make sure all the requirements and rules are in place. In some specific cases, selecting the right team to service a client requires longer than expected.

**Recommendations to others considering Softtek:**

Try them; they provide very good support, are very professional, and are a recommendation for the industry.

**What problems is Softtek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sofftek is divided into different practices, they are very quick on solving issues with testing, development, and sales, and provide quick support for any tool or technology on the market.

Their vast experience shows right away and helps promote and spread the knowledge and best practices across all internal teams involved.

**What do you dislike about Softtek?**

Softtek focuses a lot on quality over quantity, and this becomes, at times, a challenge to scale the team rapidly.

**Recommendations to others considering Softtek:**

Excellent contractor against most of its competitors, always worth looking into a proposal from their side. I've personally seen a better ROI on Staffing engagements compared to Time and Materials.

**What problems is Softtek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Softtek is providing consulting services to help establish and mature our Quality Assurance department.
