Not only do they personalize based on activity on the site, but there is a ton of customization available and this feature has really grown our business. Just having the preview search populate with best sellers when you click on it (but do not enter any text) has had a positive lift. On top of that, the automated (and dynamic) product recommendations on product pages and other modules has made it much easier to merchandise on our site and in emails. Before we were doing everything manually, and it was static. **What do you dislike about Reflektion?** We've had a bit of turnover on our account reps. Although that is to be expected from companies in this space, more continuity with our support team would be preferred. Of course, we wish the service was cheaper, but it's had a positive return on investment, so we can't complain (too much). **Recommendations to others considering Reflektion:** Keep an eye on the software during deployment and testing, you may have to make some changes based on your business module. **What problems is Reflektion solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reflektion has allowed us to bring personalization to our website, which we did not have previously. It has also enhanced our search capabilities and automated all product recommendations (before, these were manual and static unless we made an effort to update them). It also allowed us to add personalized modules in broadcast and transactional email; before, these were either static or did not exist. ### 2. We currently use Reflektion for on site search and to give us recommendation widgets. Both of which are incredibly intuitive and can give you tons of stats on your website. It has helped us get customers to the correct pages, and helped us convert customers when they get on site. **What do you dislike about Reflektion?** My company is very thorough during implementation and can be difficult to work with. Implementation of the software took longer than I wanted but it was expected because of my team. **What problems is Reflektion solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to easily set up rules and redirects for when people are searching for products on our site. Reflektion also gives customers great recommendations for products they should purchase using their own algorithms and digging through our data to find what previous customers purchased together. ### 3. Their personalization and ability to split test are also key factors when considering Reflektion, that not alot of tools offer in the market. They are continuously learning from their customers and optimizing their tool to stay competitive in the market. We've had solid help from the Reflektion team and we're glad we decided to work with them **What do you dislike about Reflektion?** The backend at times is a little cumbersome and confusing. We've needed to add some forced redirects due to searches that don't head to a product in our feed. Those were difficult to figure out how to do, but now that I've gone through it a few times I've got it down. Unfortunately it seems a little more confusing that it should be. **What problems is Reflektion solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our previous search results were internally fired and honestly not good enough. They were based on old data and not updated. With Reflektion we're now confident that the results our customers are seeing are the best for them and for us. ### 19. We can make a change to our product rules and see them live on our site in a matter of seconds. We can provide access to our team members and let them make changes as necessary. This is a really great feature. **What do you dislike about Reflektion?** The implementation process has really been the only "complaint" that I have with Reflektion. We hit a couple bumps in communication, but outside of that we really have had no issues. The tool takes a little bit to learn, but that is to be expected with anything new. It took a while to get that set up . The salesperson was very responsive, helpful and understanding of our requirements and limitations. She worked creatively with us to settle on a price and volume that fit our needs. **What do you dislike about Reflektion?** Paperwork first presented was vary basic, as a larger company we required more protections, etc. Not until after we marked up the original docs, did we discover they had more robust language they could have presented. Lesson Learned, ask for what you require before you begin to redline. **What problems is Reflektion solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our Website's internal search engine is highly manual and not very effective. We have worked with a number of companies to try to achieve this, and so far, it seems that Reflektion will accomplish personalization better than any competitor we've tried. We have not found need for any significant support just yet, but have great faith in the staff based on the initial conversations. **What do you dislike about Reflektion?** Nothing to dislike at this point - still new to it, but it seems to cover all of our needs.
