SetSchedule aggregates leads from companies like Zillow, Homes.com, Realtor.con, RealtyTrac, Facebook, SetValue, and more allowing real estate agents to search, find and consume leads of home buyers, sellers, renters, and investors. Through SetSchedule's SMART system, real estate agents will find basic leads, Smart Match recommended leads and Verified leads that have confirmed their itnerest through an additional layer of nurturing technology. ## Referral Radar Reviews ### 1. TOTAL SCAM. Absolutely false. ALL leads are invalid, with either false contact information or, when I do actually get a hold of one, they say they have no idea what I am talking about and they are not buying real estate. There is no recourse once you pay the up-front yearly fee. I am now part of a class action lawsuit with the attorney general against SetSchedule in my state. **What problems is Referral Radar solving and how is that benefiting you?** NONE. ### 2. I like the fact that you have the opportunity to review where multiple leads are searching and then pick and choose which leads you want to take and pursue. **What do you dislike about Referral Radar?** It feels like so many of the leads go nowhere. No interaction with these potential clients. Feels like they are "registering" just to look at a few listings - but not really interested in moving forward with a home search. We've had several tell us they aren't really in the market to buy a new home. **What problems is Referral Radar solving and how is that benefiting you?** None really. While our contact "pipeline" has grown, so to speak, there has been little actual engagement to move forward. ### 3. What I appreciate most about the referral radar is how I'm suitable to work with as numerous leads as SetSchedule is suitable to pull by from the different lead merchandisers. It’s my job to have hundreds of leads in the channel so I can nurture them and also transfer them. The referral radar has allowed me to do that for my platoon. Also, since I can constantly change the position I want to find leads, I’m suitable to bounce between different homes and take on leads throughout the day. It has made my job a lot easier. **What do you dislike about Referral Radar?** There is n’t important to dislike. It works as intended. You pay, you get an unlimited package, work your area, take on leads, and connect with them.
