What do you like best about Referral Factory?

The support is amazing, very responsive! it works well with hubspot integration and is a really good end to end solution for us.

I appreciate how easy it is to set up a campaign and the extensive support provided for new users. Their team is willing to guide me through the platform and review my campaigns, offering valuable feedback. I find the user interface for managing emails somewhat confusing. The options for triggering different types of emails are not very clear, which could be improved.
