Product Description

Referral Factory is an incredibly easy to use referral marketing solution, geared at helping you get more referred customers. You can 'build your own referral program in under 5 minutes'. With access to over 1000 pre-built referral program templates you can either copy a referral program template, OR build your own referral program from scratch. You don't need to install any tracking scripts on your website - which means that you can launch a referral program without the help of developers. What problems is Referral Factory solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. The first problem on hand was customer acquisition: Mostly the customer acquisition strategies are costly and time taking and ofter results in a higher cost per customer acquisition.

What do you like best about Referral Factory?

I liked the pleasing well-matched color palettes and the responsive and clear UI in campaign setup. I really liked the simple Preview in campaign builder. It shows all steps of flow for mobile and desktop in a clear way. I appreciate the multiple options for integration into CRM systems and API Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Referral Factory?

I think it would be nice if the 4 campaign metrics were displayed for all campaigns at once, instead of needing user to click on campaign to expand it. I would love to see more stuff in the premade Templates section; Also did not like the moving background/gifs on template types since it makes it harder to see different options. I really like how user friendly Referral Factory is. The interface looks great with colors that make using it an experience. It's also much easier to get compared to platforms I've tried before. They have guides and YouTube tutorials that walk you through everything step, by step which's a big plus for users.. There are plenty of articles available that are super helpful for digital marketers and business owners giving them valuable insights, into effective referral strategies. What do you dislike about Referral Factory?

Despite the fact that the Referral Factory software fulfills my needs, I have singled out a few areas where improvements can be made. One such area is for instance some sections of its interface could be more formal like on ‘Refer to earn’ tab were there IS whitespace before question marks. Another problem I have noticed so far is non-availability of Shopify integration. Though, while reading YouTube comments by the firm, it has been mentioned that this function will be added in 2024 as per one of their comments. What I really like about the Referral Factory is the ease at which it can be customized to fit my campaigns needs and appearance, this was something I never found in other platforms that I have used before. For example, live campaign tracking is helpful as it gives me instant feedback for managing and changing my strategies. What do you like best about Referral Factory?

I really love how easy it is to build and edit. They offer color palettes ready for you and have an option for you to customize to fit your branding. Once done and ready, it can be easily integrated into your website. I can't imagine how easy it is to implement after building! I've been using it on my new influencer marketing project and it has been useful. Their customer service is prompt and always ready to help when you have questions. What do you like best about Referral Factory?

As a digital marketer, I've use a variety of referral softwares/sites, but something I liked a lot about referral factory was the UX. It was so easy to navigate and I wasnt wasting time sitting trying to locate what I was looking for, something which is a gamechanger for someone working for various companies and constantly setting up referral campaigns.

Setting up a referral program was really easy. The templates were intuitive, the user interface felt polished and straightforward, even for someone like me who’s not super technical. What do you like best about Referral Factory?

I like Referral Factory because it's easy to navigate, the layout is so bright & user friendly which allows you to get in there and start building your campaigns instantly.

In addition to this, I like the array of features that it has including the incorporation of AI which of course makes it much easier to come up with ideas for design and the text.

Furthermore, as it has all these nifty features I find it's a tool that'll very quickly become something for everyday use. So keeping an eye on your referrals, seeing the open rate and how many sign-ups you've received etc.

"A great newcomer in the referral program software space"

What do you like best about Referral Factory?

Having used Referral Factory for a few campaigns now, I am pleasantly surprised by this new tool that is throwing a spanner in the works for the big referral and affiliate players in the space.

What I like about Referral Factory the most is the ease that you can create things. I mostly preferred to start from scratch but that’s just the type of user I am. There are also templates that can be used too. I tried out the templates and really respect them as an ideal starting point for most users.

I’ve used several affiliate and referral marketing platforms and none have the simplicity and intuitiveness of Referral Factory. There are some more advanced features, such as using bespoke connections via the RF api, however I am not technical and I rely on no-code platforms and plugins within my workflow. I can say however that if the technical tools are as close to the no-code side of things, then this tool really will be a great option for technical and non-technical teams alike!

I intend to stick around as a Referral Factory customer and use the platform in more detail, the future looks bright for the RF team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
