Whenever we had any issues, our customer service rep was quick to reply and got our problems solved either right away or within 24 hours. Users can create their own referral link and this automatically sends an email and link to our site to anyone they invite. This is such a weight-off when you're self-employed and have enough to juggle with running the business. Word of mouth is our biggest income generator so being able to add package discounts as well as incentives for referrals is invaluable, especially when you compare the cost to other means of drawing traffic like paid advertising. We're a web-based company and sometimes take our wealth of tech knowledge for granted. We've seen first-hand how not everybody is comfortable with computers and how daunting the world wide web can still be, particularly to those smaller, one-man band companies. So seeing Referral Factory incorporate AI to help build the templates for its users, we thought, was a great feature. **What do you dislike about Referral Factory?** I got a little confused at times with the navigation. For example, I've created a test campaign but from the campaign list can't see an easy way to delete it. When setting up the campaign intitially, there was also a great design tool but again I struggled to find how to get back to it once I'd moved on (and changed my mind on the button colour). Obviously these options were there and I managed to find them eventually but perhaps making these buttons more prominent would speed up the process slightly. That said, we also know first-hand how quickly the team are at taking on new feature requests so we're sure even our small issues will be ironed out in a timely fashion. **What problems is Referral Factory solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've found that though word of mouth drums up most of our business, you constantly have to remind people or they simply forget to pass the message on. Money is, and always will be, a great incentivisor and being able to easily offer this to our friends and past clients, in our case a 10% referral fee on the first invoice to the referrer as well as a 10% discount to the referee, means we can build our referral campaign and just leave it to bring in the business. All we have to do is email it out occasionally through a mailing campaign or at the end of a successful job. No more prodding and beggining and it looks much more professional too compared to just a sentence on a message or email. Not only that but we can actually track who has referred who too. We've had it in the past, as I'm sure most businesses have, where a potential client will come to us saying "Oh I can't quite remember the name of the guy who told me about you" or a client will say "I sent you two new clients this month" but you can't match them up and it just wastes time and gets you in a muddle. ### 8.
