**What do you like best about Reczee?**

Super responsive support. Any query or hiccup is immediately addressed and tackled when reaching out to their team once brought to their attention. Also their efforts at constantly improving and adding new features is very welcome. Easy to use and setup without a steep learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Reczee?**

Not a lot, to be honest. Would have loved to see a mobile version given the audience they're targeting. Also some flexibility in process setup and workflows would help.

**What problems is Reczee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing the bulk of applications easily and efficiently.

**What do you like best about Reczee?**

Reczee’s platform is intuitive, reliable, and makes managing recruitment tasks much smoother. What truly stands out is their exceptional customer support—quick to respond, patient, and always ready with practical solutions. They genuinely listen to feedback and act on it, which makes the experience even better.

**What do you dislike about Reczee?**

There’s very little to dislike, but occasional minor glitches can occur. However, the support team is proactive in resolving them quickly, so they’ve never been a major issue.

**What problems is Reczee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reczee helps streamline the hiring process, making it faster and more organized while keeping costs low. It offers the features I need at a fraction of the price of similar tools, saving both time and budget without compromising on quality.

**What do you like best about Reczee?**

Reczee when compared other freely available ATS or sometimes against enterprize softwares - is very funtional. It actually gets  the job of a recruiter done without adding any friction to reach an outcome that maybe as simple as moving a candidate from one stage to another.

Powerfull boolean search capablities and their AI screener - Screeno.
Automated LinkedIn post post creation is a underappreciated feature.
Analytics, though comparatively limited at this stage, is customisable, consumable and relavant to the power user - the recruiter.
Largly bug-free even at this stage of the app.

**What do you dislike about Reczee?**

Not exactly a list of dislikes, but more of what I expect from the app compared to other platforms -

Triggers and flow for email communication with candidates
Can-ban views of applicants that can be toggled to make it eaiser to understand for HMs to use.
Better Visual aids and UI in the future updates
AI co-pilot to help consume interview feedbacks and send them out to candidates.

**What do you like best about Reczee?**

Reczee has completely streamlined our hiring process. Everything’s in one place, which makes it so much easier to manage job postings, track candidates, and keep the whole team in the loop. I especially love how it handles the entire journey—from posting jobs on LinkedIn to shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and collecting feedback. The platform just makes everything smoother.

Their recent updates, like the resume parsing feature and the Analytics module, are total game-changers. Resume parsing has made it easier to sift through candidates, and the analytics are perfect for presenting recruitment data at our monthly meetings. Plus, with Boolean search, I can find candidates in seconds—no more digging through resumes one by one.

But what really sets Reczee apart is the support. Their customer service is top-notch, and they respond quickly, no matter what time zone you’re in. I even had the CEO, Raj Patel, personally handle one of my queries to make sure our integration was seamless. That kind of support is rare and really appreciated!

**What do you dislike about Reczee?**

Honestly, I don’t have any complaints. Especially now that they’ve added the resume parsing feature, Reczee really covers all the bases.

**What problems is Reczee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reczee has made our hiring process so much easier. For startups like ours, we don’t need the complexity (or cost) of big enterprise-level ATS platforms. Reczee simplifies everything—no more LinkedIn DMs, Google Forms, or endless spreadsheets. It saves me so much time, and the entire team benefits from having everything organized in one place. I’ll definitely keep using it for all our future hires!

The management of bulk applications is easy. The whole system is vary easy to use. Hence, the adoption of the ATS is quicker in comparison of other tools.

**What do you like best about Reczee?**

I've used the Reczee ATS for the hiring requirements at my company, and I must say, it streamlines my entire process, from an automated LinkedIn Job Posting to the creation of a company careers page, to the shortlisting of candidates, communicating/organising interview rounds, providing feedback, and even collaboration amongst my hiring team. 

Add to this their superb customer support, where queries are handled within hours - no matter the timezone you're in. Just to give you an example, the CEO, Raj Patel himself handled my queries to ensure our integration was easy. 

I'll no doubt be coming back to Reczee for all my future hiring needs!

You have all the features you need, with simplicity and ease, along with super support. What is there to dislike?

**What problems is Reczee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They're streaming the hiring process. For startups such as myself who don't need as well as can't afford the large enterprise ATS, this is perfect! 

No more linkedin DMs, google forms, manual excel sheets for scheduling, etc!

**What do you like best about Reczee?**

I can manage all my recruitment activities in a single place and bring everyone from my team in a single place. They recently added an Analytics module that helps granularly slice metrics that I can present in our monthly syncups.
Update - the additional resume parsing feature has made Reczee one stop solution to all your ATS related requirements. I would recommend recruiters and founders to save their time by using Reczee!

**What do you dislike about Reczee?**

Nothing so far since they have also added resume parsing too !

**What problems is Reczee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reczee simplifies tracking a candidate's journey to understand the timelines, status, and other milestones. It is a quick fix compared to manual followups. It gives you step-by-step updates on the candidate's movement throughout the hiring process.
I can also do a search across all my previously uploaded resumes with a simple boolean search instead of going through them one at a time.

Not getting enough pool of candidates, it's hard to find the candidates.

Maintaining the candidates database properly, we can easily schedule the interview with the hiring managers.

Makes scheduling interviews really smooth, tracking candidates scores and evaluation details is easy.

doesn't allow filtering of candidates using keywords like screening is usually done in Naukri and Linkedin

We are using Reczee since year now. Simple, Easy to use, Support , Adaptable to changes  if required.

Currently Reczee Team have done many changes in product so as of now , we are good .

Lot of Manual Work (Excel entry and updating entry in file manual) , No need to check for status for particular position  as we can login and track it.

Scheduling Onsite Interviews which reflects directly to our Google calander with details, along with tags to keep  track of candidate data is something I frequently use and which has helped me to maintain sanity

**What do you like best about Reczee?**

All the provided features are simple and easy to follow. No complaints in this regard. The status filtering feature is accurate allowing the Talent Acquisition team to be properly updated and can stay on track with  interview progress.

**What do you dislike about Reczee?**

After using Reczee for around 7 months, the platform has improved and changed making it super easy to use. We're quite happy with Reczee because it alot of date with just a few clicks.

We have been using multiple spead sheet to track candidate and it becomes too much to look after as time goes by. With Reczee, the entire interview process has been streamlined andd all the required date right from scheduling to interview feedback to ready on display.

I have been using the platform for over 6 months now. It is extremely simple and straightforward to use.

**What do you dislike about Reczee?**

Nothing as of now, the founder is open to feedback and is really quick to implement changes.

**What problems is Reczee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to track your applicants and their details. I have had a huge database of resume and adding those to the platform has been really quick.

The search feature is very helpful and the notes field helps track the candidate info and notes from your conversation with the candidate.
