Through the network of highly specialized recruiters, this allows them to reach the pond of high calibre applicants which is usually beyond my reach individually. And not forget mentioning their impeccable communication keeps the communication cluster-free and friendly. **What do you dislike about RecruitPro?** RecruitPro is seemingly not good choice when it comes to IT recruitment. I tend to work with smaller agencies who specialize candiate searching across a while industry, and not just tech. Aiming their job fairs to cater to different industries and brands will make them more useful for my HR objectives. **What problems is RecruitPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thanks to RecruitPro, I got onboarded multiple best-fit experts in IT from the talent market within the shortest possible time that contributed to a reduction in the use of my time and resources. They (technical recruiters) also have domain knowledge in the information technology (IT) field, which guarantees they will only present candidates who perfectly meet our organizational values and technical needs. ### 2. Their professional recruitment team's wide connection, especially those who are sourced from the local residing area of Ukraine, allows them to identify best needed personnels with ease. Besides, the atmosphere of this team gives me a feeling that they know how to make a successful career of every one of the contestants and I think that they do not just do it from performances. **What do you dislike about RecruitPro?** RecruitPro maybe makes it complex to its customers in understanding its pricing plan. It wasn't always known how much each service would be in advance, thus unexpected costs could not be predicted and budgeted, leaving us with a budgeting problem. Due to the fact that it was hard to understand what exactly data brokers do, it was hard to up the prospect of using their services. **What problems is RecruitPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recruitpro was helpful but I was able to tap several promising candidate for my IT open positions. They had an advantage ensuring that the required technology is suitable for the mark because of their knowledge and experience of Ukrainian market.
