I love how Recruit CRM makes all of the behind-the-scenes admin a lot quicker. We can customise and automate workflows, allowing our recruitment team more time to actually speak to candidates instead of spending hours on tasks. The customer service and analytics team have been brilliant, answering our queries very quickly and resolving issues as a high priority. Even if we can't do exactly what we want on the CRM, a great alternative solution is always found. I really love the advanced search in Recruit CRM & ATS. It lets me search through resumes entirely, saving me a lot of time. The sequences feature is also great, helping us set up email campaigns where emails automatically go to candidates and clients in sequence. The best part is, the emails stop if the candidate replies, so it doesn't look like spam. I really love how their support team helps me use the platform, constantly ready to get on calls and assist in any way possible. A major challenge I have personally faced with Recruit CRM is that they do not have a direct integration with Indeed. This has been a bit detrimental because we need to rely on a third-party platform to push jobs to Indeed, which involves a paywall.
