Record for Collaborators (RFC) is a skill validation and learner success platform designed for training providers, coaches, and edtech startups who want to prove the ROI of their upskilling programs. With RFC, collaborators can transform certificates into verified, shareable skill badges — making students more visible and hire-ready. The platform uses AI to auto-generate assessment-based badges, track student progress, and showcase placement outcomes in real time. Whether you run a bootcamp, online course, or college program, RFC helps you: - Prove learner outcomes with skill-specific badges. - Issue badges tied to interest-based or role-based skills. - Track badge claims, views, and social shares. - Enable learners to build visual, verified résumés. - Give recruiters access to student profiles via a branded hiring portal. - Offer AI-driven assessments and profile scoring for job readiness. - View analytics like placement rates and employer preference scores.
