What problems is Realeflow solving and how is that benefiting you? Realeflow solves the problem of finding potential sellers of properties that need to be updated for my fix and flip business. The Lis Pendens (pre foreclosure ) leads do not have the date of the lis pendens listed, so it is not clear when the property had the lis pendens filed. Sometimes the leads are a couple years old. If you are looking for leads and a system for managing your real estate investing, then Realeflow is for you. No transparency, multiple times they had issues with pulling public record data on properties.one time it was persistent for over 4 months. There was no announcement and when it was found out there was only an apology.
