# What is the best recommended way to create custom slides/anncouncements?
We are currently creating PowerPoint presentations and exporting them as a JPEG to download to the REACH Media system. I know slides can be made within REACH Media itself, but I find that less user-friendly than PowerPoint.

# Intermittent Sound Issues
We just had an experience where sound dropped from the video signage. Is that part of the hardware? We're just starting to diagnose it, but I wonder if other clients experienced the same issue.
