What is REACH Media Network used for?
On the announcements page, instead on Next Page, can you just use page numbers. Ex: 1,2,3,4 ...
Use page numbers at bottom of the page.
What is the best recommended way to create custom slides/anncouncements?
We are currently creating PowerPoint presentations and exporting them as a JPEG to download to the REACH Media system. I know slides can be made within REACH Media itself, but I find that less user-friendly than PowerPoint.

Intermittent Sound Issues
We just had an experience where sound dropped from the video signage. Is that part of the hardware? We're just starting to diagnose it, but I wonder if other clients experienced the same issue.
