**What do you like best about Reach ATS?**

What I like most about the Reach ATS is the sheer range of features and benefits it offers. Over the years, we’ve developed and refined our workflows significantly, and as a result we’ve massively reduced our time to recruit by streamlining so many processes through the system. It’s easy to use from both an admin and hiring manager perspective, which makes a huge difference day to day. I particularly love how well the system integrates with our other systems, removing the need to duplicate work, information or forms, and allowing processes to move forward without us needing to be involved at every stage. A real standout for us is the level of support we receive ,  the whole team are brilliant, especially our account manager Chris, whose support has been invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Reach ATS?**

There isn’t much I dislike about the system. As with any system, there are occasional tweaks or changes needed as our processes evolve, but whenever this happens we speak to the Reach team and they are always proactive in resolving issues or adapting the system to work for us. The support provided means any potential downsides are quickly minimised.

**What problems is Reach ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reach ATS solves the problem of manual, disjointed recruitment processes by streamlining workflows and automating communication. Information goes straight to the right people, including reception, and the system integrates with our other platforms, saving a significant amount of time by removing the need to duplicate data.

**What do you like best about Reach ATS?**

I use Reach ATS to manage all our recruitment activity efficiently, from role approvals to the offer stage. I really like how Reach ATS keeps us audit-ready and enables us to offer an outstanding candidate and manager experience. It's a trusted space to manage all vacancies, regardless of role level, which is important for us as an IT managed outsourcing company. AI is at the forefront of our growth, and Reach ATS enables us to work smarter, not harder. I like the AI, varied workflows, good reporting functions, and the interview booking tool for their time-saving and efficiency benefits. The tool also offers a great candidate experience and is easy for our manager-led process. Once we built specific workflows, the initial setup was a breeze.

Nothing. So far so good.

**What do you like best about Reach ATS?**

Once you understand it, it really is very straight forward and easy to use (if you follow the workflows and understand them fully). Sometimes people don't take the time to understand what happens next and instead of enhancing the process they accept what is there, but Reach will always listen to suggestions for improvement and make changes when and where they can.

**What do you dislike about Reach ATS?**

It's frustrating that the candidates are not linked and you have to go into each individual record to see what is happened. If the comments could be filtered and you can see them (via an icon) on the main page, that woudl be very helpful.

**What problems is Reach ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I track every suggestion/change (and have done over the last 18 months) and have a weekly dial in with Reach which is really beneficial.

**What do you like best about Reach ATS?**

Reach ATS is a tailor-made platform that was built during implementation to our exact specification. It provides a high touch candidate experience and strong candidate journey. It is very easy to use and intuitive, utilising technology and AI in order to produce a system which is unique to each client. However the key part of our decision to use Reach ATS was the high level of customer support and service delivery which has definitely lead to our decision to increase our use of the platform and integrate it into more of our people systems.

**What do you dislike about Reach ATS?**

The only thing that isn't great about Reach ATS is that it isn't as well known as other similar platforms which has caused a number of questions as to its ability to scale and its longevity as a system within our portfolio. Fortunately, it has delivered when questioned at all levels.

Reach ATS provides a high-touch candidate experience and provides a strong data trail which is allowing us to drive better hiring decisions.

**What do you like best about Reach ATS?**

My favourite thing about REACH ATS is the team behind the platform. The helpdesk function, is frequently used and is second to none: responses are quick and friendly, and they always include timely, thorough follow-up where appropriate. Implementing the ATS as our platform around 8 or so years ago was straight forward and efficient, and since then the team have been committed to meaningful innovations across the Platform and continuously roll out updates that are useful and easily embedded. It seems like other HR related software providers are not keeping up with new developments and especially the use of AI in the same way. I would say the ability to adapt every element of the system to create a very personal and specific recruitment process for our organisation throughout, and beyond, the recruitment process is priceless - making our partnership with Reach excellent value for money.

**What do you dislike about Reach ATS?**

I don’t like that I can’t spend more time in the system, using it to refine our workflows and communications more often. That said, this is balanced out by the excellent annual review process and the regular system updates we receive from the team.

**What problems is Reach ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our recruitment procedure is safeguarding focussed and goes beyond standard legislative requirements to include the requirements of social work regulatory bodies and Ofsted.  This results in a time consuming process with layers of child protection compliance and checks embedded within it. The Reach ATS system automates lots of communications and record keeping, in a personalised and professional manner at all the right points in the schedule.  That means we can minimise costly administrative tasks and use our limited time and resources effectively on other priorities and functions.

**What do you like best about Reach ATS?**

I love that the workflows and processes can be fully tailored to the needs of my business. Our account manager is always available and regularly in touch, and doesn't mind how many changes and enhancements we make to the system. It has been integrated with our HR System for easy exporting. The development team are always open to our input and ideas and find ways to make things work for us.

**What do you dislike about Reach ATS?**

No real downsides to the system, there are things that we wish we could implement but the development team take our input and continuously improve the system.

**What problems is Reach ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pure streamlining and automation of difficult parts of our process. For example, we have re-worked the referencing part of our process 3 times to trial different options and pick the best one that suits our needs.

**What do you like best about Reach ATS?**

The support team are incredible, super responsive and helpful. 
Ease of implementation - they met all our needs and we are always able to suggest new developments we'd like to see and they always take this into account.
Our account manager goes above and beyond for us always, nothing is impossible and nothing is too much work, she's always friendly, supportive, and gives reasonable suggestions to help us with achieving our goals.

Reach are able to integrate with virtually anything we give them which is great as we are implementing new systems ongoing and don't need to worry about if our ATS can support.

**What do you dislike about Reach ATS?**

There's not a lot, some better reporting features would be good to minimise admin time, and also some better tools to help the admin side.
Better overall tracking would be good for area managers to be visible on roles without the notifications.

**What problems is Reach ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our candidate journey. Reach provides a great candidate journey which is easy to use and navigate for candidates, but also for hiring managers. Managers have better oversight over their recruitment and are able to complete actions in a more timely manner. Reach has supported us in achieving better algorithms which has supported us to get more organic attraction to our adverts.

**What do you like best about Reach ATS?**

We’ve had a really good experience using Reach and would happily recommend it. The platform is easy to use, well laid out, and clearly designed with real recruitment teams in mind.
One of the things we like most about Reach is how simple it makes the end-to-end hiring process. Creating roles, managing candidates, and moving people through the pipeline all feels quick and straightforward, which saves a lot of time.

The Reach support team are great to work with. They’re friendly, responsive, and practical in their approach, whether it’s answering questions, helping with setup, or sharing tips to get more out of the system.

Nothing that I dislike. It's a great system.

Reach is very versatile, fit for purpose specifically for us, the team are on hand whenever needed. Any changes we need are usually possible and if they aren't alternative suggestions are provided. I work as a solo withing recruitment and Reach provide incredible admin support to assist me with workload

**What do you like best about Reach ATS?**

I appreciate the ability of Reach ATS to personalise the software to suit our specific recruitment needs, making our onboarding process more tailored and efficient. The setup process was incredibly smooth, and everyone involved was very helpful, which made it easy to get started without any hiccups. I love how much faster candidate processing is now compared to our previous method involving Excel sheets, which has greatly improved our recruitment efficiency. The speed has allowed us to recruit for more care homes without any delays or increased time to hire. I find the reference checking feature particularly useful, as it plays a crucial role in our recruitment process. Additionally, the customer service is excellent; they are always ready to help us out whenever needed. This level of support truly enhances our experience with Reach ATS and makes it a service worth recommending with a score of 10 out of 10.

The system is quite user-friendly, offering solid automation and integration options. I find the Hiring Manager and Candidate portals to be particularly useful features.
The Customer Support are very efficient and emails & calls are resolved quickly.

There isn't much to dislike about Reach ATS.  It does everything that we need it to do and the introduction of the AI features should make tasks even simpler.

Reach ensures to keep checking in with us and see what works not just in general as an ATS, but it tailors itself to our needs. Reach has also supported us in the process of configuring an API so that the system is communicating with other systems we use in the business and that integration has helped us save time.

**What do you dislike about Reach ATS?**

At times I wish I have more flexibility on what I could change in the ATS rather than waiting for the team to get back me.

Reach has helped bridge the gap between our systems and how they share data, it has also helped us enhance our forms during onboarding, and tailor it depending on different outcomes and needs.

The Reach  team are very helpful and are always on hand to help with questions or process improvements. The system is easy to work around and personalised to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Reach ATS?**

Nothing, Reach do a great job. We use it everyday as a Team.

We are looking at inputting interview slots on Reach so our Hiring Managers/PAs can use this functionality too - this will help reduce admin for our team.
We are also looking at integrating the Reach API with our internal recruitment roles to streamline this process.
