My favourite thing about REACH ATS is the team behind the platform. The helpdesk function, is frequently used and is second to none: responses are quick and friendly, and they always include timely, thorough follow-up where appropriate. Implementing the ATS as our platform around 8 or so years ago was straight forward and efficient, and since then the team have been committed to meaningful innovations across the Platform and continuously roll out updates that are useful and easily embedded. It seems like other HR related software providers are not keeping up with new developments and especially the use of AI in the same way. I would say the ability to adapt every element of the system to create a very personal and specific recruitment process for our organisation throughout, and beyond, the recruitment process is priceless - making our partnership with Reach excellent value for money. I don’t like that I can’t spend more time in the system, using it to refine our workflows and communications more often. That said, this is balanced out by the excellent annual review process and the regular system updates we receive from the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
