**What do you like best about RapidFeedback?**

Seems to assist with gathering a quick pulse on how a group of people feel about a product. Customer Support seems to be good so far.

**What do you dislike about RapidFeedback?**

There are so many survey tools available online. I'm not certain on the integration difficulty.

**What problems is RapidFeedback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickly gathering feedback from people that use our products.
