I have used this exclusively for Tableau workbooks and there is very little I need to add manually now. What used to be a completely manual process is now about 90% automated. The only details I still need to input are business-specific information and security details. I really appreciate how customizable it is, allowing me to choose what to include or exclude and to arrange the order of the sections as needed. The automatic generation of a Table of Contents is especially helpful, since some of the documentation I create can span hundreds of pages. I also find it useful that I can output the documentation in different formats, as various teams have their own requirements for how information should be stored. Including screenshots is another great feature, as it allows developers who don't yet have access to the dashboard location to review the documentation while they wait for their access. In my view, the handling and formatting of headers and footers could still be improved. It would be beneficial to have a way to incorporate business and security-related information automatically, rather than having to insert it manually each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
