**What do you like best about Rapid?**

I really value Rapid for its efficient online permit system, which seamlessly integrates with our contractor management processes. The standout feature for me is how isolation permits are automatically sent to insurers, removing the need for manual communication and greatly reducing administrative workload. This automation is particularly beneficial for notifying insurers about fire isolations within buildings, as it streamlines operations by ensuring critical information is relayed without additional effort from our facilities management team. Additionally, the system setup was straightforward and did not pose any difficulties, making the transition to using Rapid smooth. The overall ease of use and automatic notifications enhance our operational efficiency, and I am very satisfied, which is why I would highly recommend Rapid to others.

**What do you dislike about Rapid?**

Rapid does not send out email and text reminders to inductees when their inductions are about to expire. Similarly, it does not send reminders to contractors when their safety documents are nearly expired.

**What problems is Rapid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rapid for efficient contractor management, automatically notifying insurers about permits and simplifying contractor searches, saving time on emails.

**What do you like best about Rapid?**

Rapid is one of the best applications for HR activity because HR plays playing major role in every industry and for that, you need to be flexible and fast. when you are working on rapid it will help you to manage HR compliance, payroll, new hire applications, and record of every employee basically it is one platform for every activity in HR. Their customer support is very supportive but you need to frequently use it and I can say it is an easy-to-use software. well, I highly recommend this. You just need to integrate implement and learn.

**What do you dislike about Rapid?**

there is nothing just a little bit expensive according to me but they give lots of discount and offers so it will cover all the amount.

**What problems is Rapid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

well, when you are working in a big organization with 100 plus employees you need some software to manage employee records and everything related to employees. and we were in that phase so we implement this and everything was easy to manage.
