Qwikhire stands out as a game-changer in recruitment automation. The AI-led interview module is incredibly intuitive, saving us countless hours on screening and initial interviews. The hybrid Human + AI model ensures quality hires without compromising speed. I also love how it supports IT/non-IT roles, experienced candidates, and even student assessments — all in one place. It’s like having an expert recruiter working 24/7. The automated outreach, scheduling, and proctoring tools make it an end-to-end powerhouse!

**What do you dislike about Qwikhire?**

The product is still evolving, so some advanced analytics and ATS integrations are in progress — but the team is super responsive and keeps rolling out updates quickly. Looking forward to more third-party integrations and mobile app support soon!
