It’s easy to create conversational flows, customize branding, and deploy bots across multiple pages or websites. The platform offered good value and versatility for automating basic interactions and lead capture. **What do you dislike about Quriobot?** I purchased Quriobot through a lifetime deal on AppSumo, stacking five codes to unlock their highest tier — which promised unlimited bots, websites, and submissions. At the time, this was positioned as an agency-friendly tool, perfect for scaling across multiple projects. But once we actually integrated Quriobot into our internal systems to build bots for clients (again, fully managed in-house, not resold or externally shared), we were suddenly hit with account restrictions. Their team claimed we were in violation of their Terms of Service — despite no clear or direct language in the original deal or their ToS that prohibited this type of use. We were accused of "reselling," even though we don’t charge for the bots, and don’t give clients access. These bots are just part of the marketing solutions we deliver — as any modern agency would logically do with tools they’ve licensed. The creation process is reasonably easy to use and very quick in getting up and running. The knowledge base section is very good and almost instantly useful. This company has some topnotch coders and it is easy to see that this good application is only going to get better and more robust. For many smaller websites, the free option wold be sufficient and add a great deal of functionality. **What do you dislike about Quriobot?** The process to create a bot can bet complex pretty quickly. At this point, it is necessary to have some grasp of programming principles and patterns to make anything but the most simple app. But that is not to downplay the efforts of the programmers to make it this accessible and it feels certain to get easier and more accessible. **What problems is Quriobot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing first tier customer service for a web site is a difficult proposition with typically a "feedback' or "query" email is the best option which means that there is good chance of losing a customer with a question that might easily be resolved who is put off by the email query process. Quriobot allows you to provides answers to many frequently asked questions immediately through a very friendly interface. This makes a good impression on the customer and keeps from losing them at that point. Plus a more friendly means of providing more complicated support can be built in. ### 3. This can lead to misinformation. I would recommend Quriobot over a live chat. But I'm also attached to my e-mail 24/7 so someone filling out a lead doesn't need to wait for too long. I think this is a great way to showcase technology for smaller businesses and help validate themselves in the online marketplace. While I love and use Quriobot, I would say this review might even be more about having a versatile chatbot on your website. If you were to ask me to endorse Quriobot I would say yeah I use it on over 20 different websites. **What problems is Quriobot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Quriobots with every website I create and each of my clients. For some of my clients, they use Quriobot as a support ticket generator; some use it as a welcome bot, I personally use it as a lead generator. The UI/UX is very user-friendly and they have docs to walk you through anything and everything. For those rare occasions their docs don't cover a subject, or if you have a use case you want to run by the team, whenever you reach out you get great customer service/support to help you. **What do you dislike about Quriobot?** Really? Not a whole lot. This is one of the platforms that has everything I could want and need. I would maybe like a different view/builder that worked well. You can use their default and then see a tree of the steps, but it might be nice to work inside the tree more intuitively from time to time. **Recommendations to others considering Quriobot:** Just commit to it. They even have a free plan to dive in and check out the platform yourself. You really have nothing to lose. The team behind Quriobot has been outstanding and their product is the personification of all their hard work, it's a fruit of their labor and I fully endorse this product. **What problems is Quriobot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm using this for my site to build a list which has been great. My favorite part about QurioBot is that it lets me create basically two different user experiences for my clients. I use QurioBot for my viewers and audience who want to just immediately cut to the chase. I use it with the prequalification of a free marketing report and I generate leads for each of my clients based on that principle. **What do you dislike about Quriobot?** No real dislikes. The amount of customization and optimization options you can have for this platform are genuinely surprising.
