
Quriobot has a clean interface and flexible chatbot builder. It’s easy to create conversational flows, customize branding, and deploy bots across multiple pages or websites. The platform offered good value and versatility for automating basic interactions and lead capture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I purchased Quriobot through a lifetime deal on AppSumo, stacking five codes to unlock their highest tier — which promised unlimited bots, websites, and submissions. At the time, this was positioned as an agency-friendly tool, perfect for scaling across multiple projects.
But once we actually integrated Quriobot into our internal systems to build bots for clients (again, fully managed in-house, not resold or externally shared), we were suddenly hit with account restrictions. Their team claimed we were in violation of their Terms of Service — despite no clear or direct language in the original deal or their ToS that prohibited this type of use.
We were accused of "reselling," even though we don’t charge for the bots, and don’t give clients access. These bots are just part of the marketing solutions we deliver — as any modern agency would logically do with tools they’ve licensed.
When we tried to resolve the issue, we were met with:
Dismissive and inconsistent responses
Shifting justifications for the enforcement
