**What do you like best about Interactive?**

Installation speed is very fast. The cost and functionality is very efficient. It help in Case management. Also helps in Document managment. It is cloud - stored so data is easily accessible. It is best suited for legal industry professionals as it contains tools for case management, time recording, email and document managment, legal accounts, billing and reporting.

**What do you dislike about Interactive?**

I found it bit overpriced as compared to other available softwares. The Mobile App feature is not well supported and customer support is not that much good. Sometimes it becomes slow while working.

**Recommendations to others considering Interactive:**

Its best for UK Based Solicitors, law firms and in-house legal teams of all size and specialism.
Very User friendly and time saving and helps to keep track of your payments in a better way.

**What problems is Interactive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a very secure way of case management. It has helped to make the billing and invoicing functionality very easy so that we can see a clear picture of our business accounts. Reporting Part is also very time saving and also it helps to keep track of the payments received from client.
