After we tried the users they were able to adapt and utilize the platform for client work across the firm. I also love the graphics the program produces as well as the why we are able to pull content and add it directly into our decks etc. The system is extremely customizable to fit the needs of the firm as well as the client's needs. This will allow them to be refreshed with the new features as well as enable new hires to get acquainted. I would also survey alternative software to ensure that you aren't paying for double services. The changes that will be coming with the merger of Quid and Net base are exciting. We have used it for a verity of different client needs. The vast resources. We also enjoyed how we were able to have access to new features. our account manager was able to explain how new features would fit into our workflow. The limit on historical Twitter data, paying extra for a history days quota on top of the annual fee is a bit steep and sometimes limits our work when it would be useful to have 100% of historical data but not useful enough to justify the extra costs. You can create a constant workflow in your team and generate a greater experience for potential clients, increase your income and sales, as well as channel your work into what your clients are interested in. What do you dislike about Quid? our experience has been satisfactory and we have obtained good and gratifying results, we did not present any type of problem or inconvenience. However, the sentiment analysis could be improved since sometimes it presents a flaw that could count as something negative for the platform, this does not mean that it is bad software, but it could offer better performance for the user. It provides you with relevant information about the audience, content marketing, social networks, creative campaigns. We use Netbase in our company to track direct competitors, track our current customers and also to discover what works and what does not work for potential customers as well as patterns and opportunities especially social networks since it is where we get the most users. Our marketing team mainly obtained a constant work flow and time savings when conducting research, this allows us to channel our time and focus on other areas that deserve it, we are very happy with the results obtained. If you have used any BI tool or other tools within social listening, you will soon see that there are limitations in charting and dashboarding.
