**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

it makes survey and feedback work much more easy and organized during my daily work. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media and online awareness sessions, so I regularly use surveys for patient feedback, weight loss consultation forms, webinar response collection, nutrition awareness programs and lifestyle related feedback work. Creating surveys, adding questions, editing forms and sharing survey links feels smooth during regular work. I use it frequently for health awareness surveys, consultation feedback forms and educational response collection. Different question types, rating options, survey templates and logic settings are useful because every health project and audience response form is little different.

I also like the reporting and analytics features because they help me understand audience feedback more clearly. It becomes easier to check which health topics people are more interested in and what type of educational content is helping them more. Response tracking and data export also helps while managing survey records and feedback reports together. performance has been good during regular use. Surveys load properly, response collection works smoothly and I did not face major problems while handling multiple forms together. Mobile survey experience is also good, so people can easily fill forms from phone during online sessions and wellness programs.

Features like survey branching, rating questions, multilingual support and customization are very helpful during clinic and educational projects. Customer support articles and help resources were also useful whenever I needed help for survey settings or form management. Overall, QuestionPro has been very useful for managing wellness surveys, educational feedback, patient response forms and health awareness projects in a more organized, smooth and professional way during my regular work.

platform has many features and settings, so in the beginning some sections can feel little confusing for non technical users. It takes some time to properly understand all reporting, branching and customization options. I also noticed that when many responses and reports are open together, the dashboard can feel little heavy sometimes.

questionPro is helping me solve the problem of managing surveys, feedback collection and audience response work in a more organized way. i regularly handle health awareness content, wellness programs, webinar sessions and consultation related feedback work, so collecting responses properly is important during daily work.

the platform helps me create patient feedback forms, weight loss consultation surveys, nutrition awareness questionnaires and educational response forms from one place. Features like survey templates, logic settings, response tracking and reporting makes it easier to manage different types of surveys without using multiple tools separately.

it also helps me understand audience interests and feedback more clearly. By checking survey reports and response analytics, I can understand which health topics people are more interested in and what type of educational content is helping them more. This helps while planning future awareness content, wellness sessions and online educational projects.

What I like best about QuestionPro is that it offers a strong all-around survey platform. The UI/UX is easy to navigate, the integrations make it useful across different workflows, and the performance feels reliable. From a pricing/ROI perspective, it helps save time while collecting valuable feedback. The support and onboarding resources are helpful, and the AI/intelligence features make it easier to analyze responses and turn survey data into insights.

What we dislike about QuestionPro is that some areas could feel more streamlined. The UI/UX can take time to learn, especially for new users, and some integrations may require extra setup or support. Support and onboarding could be more hands-on, and the AI/intelligence features may need clearer guidance to help users fully understand how to apply the insights.

What I like best about QuestionPro is that it makes it easy to create structured surveys for real business use cases, not just basic feedback forms. I use it through my business, Client Now, to collect information from business owners about their marketing challenges, lead generation needs, website issues, ebook interest, and potential coaching needs. The survey builder is straightforward, and I like being able to create different surveys for different purposes, such as lead qualification, website design feedback, and business growth research. It helps make the research process more organised and professional.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

The various tools built into the survey design are very useful. There are many ways to customize each survey, and there are tools that assist with following up with respondents as well. There are also tools to help with survey completion and customization of the user interface, which I have found to be helpful. I also appreciate the export to google sheets so that I can integrate the data into other systems.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

I will say that the user interface on the back-end is a bit difficult to navigate initially, and I have had issues dealing with the limitations for different types of accounts. There are many features, but they are tiered depending on the license type, so it means that I can't always use the exact feature that I want to (such as a limitation on number of dashboards or types of survey items).

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QuestionPro helps us to design surveys, rubrics, and data uploads that seamlessly integrate with our Google Drive account and our Tableau dashboards - this is especially useful given the many reports that we have to generate for a variety of stakeholders.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

What I like most about QuestionPro is how easy it is to use and how quickly I can create surveys in minutes. I was able to set up a product feedback survey right away, and the interface made it simple to add questions and answer options, then organize everything clearly. I also found the variety of question types and customization options really useful, since they help me build surveys more efficiently. On top of that, the platform provides a clear view of responses, which makes it easier to understand the feedback.

One thing I don’t really like is that the interface can feel a bit confusing at first. When I started exploring the features, the menu and the way everything is laid out weren’t very clear, and it took me some time to figure out where everything was. Some of the more advanced features also aren’t very beginner-friendly, so there’s a small learning curve on the platform. Apart from that, navigation between sections could be smoother.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

What I like best about QuestionPro is how easy it is to create and manage surveys, especially for academic use. From my experience, the platform gives a lot of flexibility in designing questionnaires—you get multiple question types like MCQs, rating scales, and descriptive answers, so it becomes easier to collect proper feedback.

Another thing I found useful is the logic feature. You can set conditions so that different respondents see different questions based on their answers, which makes the survey more relevant and structured.

Also, the reporting part is very helpful. Once responses are collected, it automatically generates reports and basic analysis, so I don’t have to manually compile data. For educational projects or student feedback, this saves a lot of time and effort.

Its ease of use and speed. It allows you to create surveys in minutes, with a clear interface, a variety of question types, and good customization options. The results are presented in a structured and easy-to-analyze manner.

The interface may seem a bit unintuitive at first, and the advanced functions require a certain learning curve. Navigation could be smoother. The option for automatic saving and the lack of access to a change history to recover previous versions of work.

Centralize and organize the collection of feedback for all types of inquiries we conduct, both internal and for our clients. It saves us many manual processes even though we are not yet using advanced automations of the platform. **What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

Effective survey tool, that provides reporting access in SPSS file formats for easy post-survey analysis.
But still allows immediate and online analysis of the results, and is providing a range of analytical tools.
Allows surveys to be visually pleasing and to have images and video within, so giving capacity to test widely.
Its support team has been very helpful and effective, over a long number of years, and continues to be so.  And quick, and will work after a contact to ensure a resolution to the problem.
Their customer support is excellent and quick.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

Now, not a lot.  It works well and its support is good.

**Recommendations to others considering QuestionPro:**

Allows up to 50,000 participants all in the one price fee - very good value.
Well worth doing the regular (?weeekly) online training courses to help learn but is a good and clear program that you can learn quickly for the basics and then improve as you become more skilled in its use.
Its support team are really helpful and their use is included in the annual fee.  Also has monthly options that allow you to trial it.  And have found several sets of non-porgramming students can learn to use it quickly, when doing practicums for us.

**What problems is QuestionPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Market research and insights development for a range of clients across a diverse range of industries in Australia and overseas.  
Benefits are good response rates, good quality data and new or reinforced business-building insights for our clients.  Am not permitted to detail those client-benefits as the surveys are proprietary to the clients.
Research has been among customers of clients directly, among panellists from online survey panels, and among staff of clients.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

What stands out most is just how handy and easy the platform is to use. As an NGO, we need tools our team can pick up quickly without extensive technical training, and QuestionPro delivers on that. Creating and setting up forms feels highly intuitive.

Just as important is the respondent experience. The people filling out our forms genuinely like the interface—it’s clean, accessible, and frictionless. As a result, we see higher completion rates and fewer frustrated applicants.

The supporting team is also very helpful. Responding proptly to our questions.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

There really isn't much to dislike. Because it is such a robust platform, there are a lot of advanced features available that we don't necessarily use for our day-to-day forms, which can feel a little overwhelming when you first log in. However, once you get the hang of the basic layout, it's very straightforward.
The only thing to mention is that there is no possibility for multimple links to be generated for surveys.

We are an NGO using QuestionPro primarily to collect applications for social scholarships and to gather important demographic and programmatic data on our participants.

Before using this tool, managing incoming applications and organizing respondent data was a tedious process. QuestionPro has completely streamlined this for us. It allows us to safely and efficiently gather sensitive participant data, easily review scholarship applications in one place, and ultimately make a bigger impact in our community without getting bogged down by administrative roadblocks.

**What do you like best about QuestionPro?**

QuestionPro has been an incredibly helpful tool for our nonprofit organization. While there is a bit of a learning curve, it is similar to other competitors. We are huge fans of the number of options and the ability to handle all the questions and processes we need, and within our budget. I talked about the learning curve, but support has always been responsive and helpful when I have a question. I like the option to automatically send results to selected emails.

Performance-wise, it's worked great for our needs throughout our time using the platform! We have not worked with any integrations yet, but they do have many options, so looking forward to exploring more this year.

Probably the learning curve, but as I mentioned before, support is always there if I need it!

I like the professionalism of the customer service and how fast they've been able to help us with any issues. Working with the software has been easy, and it's been straightforward to understand how to use it. Additionally, I've enjoyed how seamlessly it works with Excel and Word. We switched from SurveyMonkey because QuestionPro provided more tools to analyze data, making it easier for our team to work together. The initial setup didn't take long, indicating how customer-friendly it is.

I love QuestionPro's really robust selection of question types. I can quickly implement those question types with a click of a button. I also have really great support from my team, helping me with more challenging research approaches or when I need guidance on how best to program a question. I appreciate that QuestionPro allows me to add max diff, image upload, sorting, or conjoint questions without incremental costs, which are often add-ons with other survey platforms. Additionally, QuestionPro has helped me with resources for analysis and reporting, and have delivered high-quality work. When I've had questions, the team is always very quick to respond and help me implement whatever is needed.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

Their AI functionality help with question creation is still in its infancy and and will evolve.  I appreciate that they are implementing these features and feel they are ahead of the game.  Some analysis that I need, still needs to be done with external tools.  Specifically, creation of custom banners requires me to export the data and do the analysis with another analysis software to get the results ready for my clients.

QuestionPro gives me a flexible platform to address my client's research questions, with various question types and no extra cost for advanced features. They have a research team that can act as an extension of my team, supporting me in survey creation, analysis, fielding and reporting, which my previous platform couldn't offer.

The best part about QuestionPro is probably the data collection! We noticed that the visualization and depth of the data provided in the dashboard were attractive and impressive. The IT support that I have received has also been exceptional. It is easy to copy old survey formats, and creating new surveys is a simple and clean process.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

A couple downsides to QP: 
- The learning curve is steep when it comes to logic and setting up automated responses based on data received in the surveys, but it is possible (especially after talking with the super helpful IT support folks!). 
- Another issue I've noticed is that when I create a survey and share editing capabilities with my supervisor, she is actually not able to edit the survey for some reason. I am the only one who can.
- Thirdly, I had a survey that required the applicant submit an attachment at the end. When downloading survey responses, I had to download the response itself separately from the attachment that was submitted, save both documents and combine them into a PDF on my end in Adobe. It would be nice if the document that was attached in they survey was automatically attached to the survey response. 
- Lastly, I wish there was a way to delete the geolocation data as I have been deleting that for anonymity's sake, which takes a good bit of extra time (perhaps this is possible and I just have not asked!). 
This is my feedback after about 4 months of use.

Not sure it's a downside... it's more of an issue of having time to explore.  There are so many features that I just won't have time to dig into.  A couple features I have needed that I couldn't figure out how to access, I contacted our IT person and he showed me how.

QuestionPro creates access equity.  Not everyone has access to Google forms. Using platforms like PollEv and Mentimeter has limited responses unless we pay for an upgrade. This allows us to gather information from stakeholders across our state by eliminating previous barriers.  I also should have mentioned another benefit on the previous page but also fits here: QuestionPro surveys automatically adjust to the devise of the user.  Love this!  Also, QuestionPro firsts asks what language the respondent prefers and it's instantly presented in the translated form.  For other platforms, I would have to present two different versions -- one in English and one in Spanish (after looking up translation myself).  This option further demonstrates equity and access for all.

However, the difficulty in performing simple tasks, the lack of efficient flexibility in crucial areas, and the introduction of a new pricing structure prompted us to seek alternatives. From our initial sales interactions through to implementation, the QP team has been exceptional; always available and consistently going above and beyond to support every user in our organization.  The significant improvements offered made our decision to switch an easy one.  Our Sales Manager, Mohit, played a pivotal role throughout the transition, always just a quick phone call or email away.  Both he and the post-sales team have been outstanding, providing prompt and attentive responses.  I cannot overstate how smooth the implementation phase was; it was by far the easiest I have ever encountered. I like how easy it is to create a survey with QuestionPro and share it with our members. Analyzing the results and providing feedback to the board is straightforward, and it doesn’t require much skill or extensive training for the basic features. QuestionPro does everything we need and a lot more. The initial setup was super easy, needing just a bit of technical knowledge and the ability to drag and drop.

The complex features are a little bit difficult to use, so you might need to use their training a little bit more.

UPDATE: I've been using Question Pro for a year. The 24/7 customer support is the same high quality as it was when we first starting using the platform!

I'm relatively new to Question Pro. I am impressed with the quality of the support they have provided during my steep learning curve with the survey product.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

UPDATE: After a year, nothing's changed. We have no significant 'dislikes.'

I haven't encountered any major downsides. In a survey that I created I noticed that moving from one question to the next was slightly slow because the system was processing all the logic behind the question, I suppose. This is minor, though.

We have a need for a cost-effective and robust survey tool. QuestionPro has been the solution for us, a non-profit organization.

I appreciate the great features of QuestionPro, which I found very helpful for researching gyms in Iceland. This capability enables me to start planning and making necessary adjustments in real-time based on the data collected. Overall, my experience with QuestionPro has been very positive, and I would highly likely recommend it to others.

I like how easy it is to copy and reuse questions and surveys. I utilize the product to collect information year over year, and that makes it so much easier than having to rebuild it every time.

We use word limits on our essay answers, and it would be easier to have those typed (or copied and pasted) directly into the system instead of uploading them. Then we could download a PDF of each survey respondent's answers in a single packet, versus having the applicant upload multiple documents and then us having to download them.

Having a single spot to collect application submissions versus using email submission and having to keep up with emails going back and forth.

Question types are numerous and analyses are plentiful with complex multivariate procedures included. Reports are of many varied types and professional lookong.
Various, easy to use, modules provide comprehensive tools to allow sophisticated survey methodologies. Customer support is also excellent so users are able to take advantage of the powerful software. 
I've tried competitive software and I found QuestionPro more user friendly and comprehensive in terms of survey question type offerings.

**What do you dislike about QuestionPro?**

There is nothing to dislike. After a little learning curve, surveys are easily created and disseminated. There is nothing to significant to improve. QuestionPro works towad regularly improving its offerings and capabilities. It is resting on its accomplishmnets, but improvng over time. It is such a  powerful and easy tool to use that there is nothing to dislike.

It is a powerful, comprehensive tool for data collection and analytics.

We are able to survey our membership easily and quickly, resulting in critical feedback with which to make improvements and meet the needs of our congregation. Our membership appreciates reaching out to them.
Our information needs change over time and the QPro survey modules are able to accommodate the types of questions needed and the response categories that make it easy for our congregnts to provide information. As a result, we get back more responses and of greater quality and meaningfulness.
