Sam Baker – Quattro BDR & Onboarding Account Manager

From the moment I met Sam, we instantly clicked. He has a natural ability to put people at ease, and that made the entire onboarding process feel effortless and enjoyable. Sam guided me step‑by‑step through setting up HubSpot, giving me the confidence to make changes independently while always being ready to support me if I needed a hand.

He delivered a brilliant training session for selected team members — engaging, clear, and genuinely refreshing. Everyone enjoyed speaking with him, and his positive energy made a real difference.

I will genuinely miss working with Sam and will be looking for excuses to stay in touch! Our HubSpot experience has been smooth, effective, and aligned with everything we expected — largely because of Sam’s deep knowledge of the system. **What do you like best about Quattro?**

What I liked best about Quattro was the clarity they brought to the HubSpot onboarding process. Everything was organised, easy to follow and kept in one place, which meant there was no uncertainty about what needed doing. Their structure made the entire setup far more straightforward and their support throughout gave us real confidence as we moved through each stage.

I did not have anything negative to raise. The experience was smooth throughout and there were no areas that caused concern.

**What do you like best about Quattro?**

We recently had the pleasure of working with Quattro to transition our company's website to the HubSpot platform, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the outset, Quattro demonstrated a professional approach that inspired confidence and ensured a seamless transition.

The web design and migration project was expertly managed by Chhavi, the marketing and technical consultant, and Kelly, who took charge of the project management and training aspects. Their combined expertise and dedication made a complex process feel straightforward and manageable. Chhavi's technical acumen was instrumental in navigating the more challenging aspects of the transition. Whenever we encountered issues that we couldn't resolve internally, her creative problem-solving skills and technical knowledge provided effective solutions quickly. She was also incredibly patient with the barrage of often ‘dumb’ questions we kept asking.

Throughout the process, Quattro proved to be genuine partners. They were invested in our success as much as we were, consistently thinking outside the box to overcome obstacles. Because they are a small hands-on agency it was challenging initially getting time in the diary to help get guidance to shape our requirements and generally get started. Once we got going with the team they were fantastic

Very clear & concise guidance, honest advice, quick to take action, and freindly approach that always made me feel that no question was a bad one.

If only I could have Quattro available all day everyday to support our every HubSpot need! Although to be fair, I did reach for Joy more often than I should have and she always made herself available to me, for which I am very grateful!

Be clear on what outcomes you are looking to achieve BEFORE you start working together, an try and make sure your systems / data are as ready as they can be for the switch / implementation.

**What problems is Quattro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business has been using sales & service hub for 18months, and have only recently bought in marketing hub. Quattro have helped me to move in-house customer engagement systems over to HubSpot, advising best practice, resolving challenges, and implementing workflows, audience segments and templates. Their advice has been invaluable and I feel that we are set-up for future success because of their input.

We initially appointed Quattro to onboard the Sales and Marketing Hub as our CRM tool across our business globally. At the same time we were looking to update our website for a global relaunch and invited Quattro and HubSpot to pitch for the business, which they won.  We've also implemented the Service Hub to help one of the brands with the ticketing solution.

**What do you like best about Quattro?**

Quattro really embraced a very complex brief with a can-do attitude.  The team were curious and passionate to understand our business, they took the time to understand our business needs both globally and the needs of our local markets

They shared their wealth of experience to onboard all four platforms and continue to offer support and guidance both operationally and strategically.

Honestly, there was nothing to add here in this section - the team have been amazing.

We have been working with Quattro over the last 6 months and their support has been nothing short of exceptional. Their team have provided us with a quick and well-organised onboarding process. We would especially like to thank Joy for her patience with our team. She has helped us with more complex requirements in our onboarding and always offers a brilliant service to our teams.

We’d been using Hubspot as our CRM for a couple of years but never really felt we were getting the best out of it. We didn’t know what is was capable of and were considering ditching it in favour of a bespoke CRM. On the verge of quitting, we spoke to Hubspot who put us in touch with Quattro. 
We’ve been dealing with Joy & Shona and can’t praise them highly enough. They have both been friendly, patient and professional throughout the whole process. Listening to our frustrations and coming up with solutions to almost all of them, improving our Sales,& service processes and even setting up integrations to third party software where required.
They have held retraining sessions with our staff and our whole team, especially the sales team, now LOVE Hubspot. 
We’re coming to the end of our agreed contract term with Quattro soon but I’m sure they will be a key business partner for many years to come.

Website enhancements including gating content and adding quick inquiry forms onto every page. Previously my employer had struggled to see the benefits of the Hubspot software, largely because they were getting bad advice but Quattro helped ensure we made some fairly basic changes to the website that made a big difference and enabled us to use content to create leads rather than giving it away for free. This helped increase our contact lists and generated new inquiries and sales.

Quattro simplify things and provide straightforward, easy to understand advice and recommendations which helped me and my employer to really leverage and get the most out of the Hubspot software.

Nothing, they were great to work with and great value for money too compared to other agencies that I had worked with previously.

Quattro have worked with our team since 2017. Since then we have developed 5 new websites, that have all become established as key demand generation tools. With each website, we have an inbound strategy that Quattro supports us with. From ideas to tactics, their team works closely with us to deliver a range of content for B2b audiences.

We are pleased to benefit from accurate, creative work as well as written content that is always delivered to brief on time as expected. Where we have suggestions and ideas, these are always taken on board and often form the opportunity for us to discuss future items for our content or website plan.

**What do you like best about Quattro?**

Quattro is a friendly team, focussed on excellent customer service. They continually look to develop their team and share any learnings with ours. This means we are always working on new ideas and using the latest digital marketing practices.  The team at Quattro feels like an extension of our own in house team, which is hugely important to the way I want us to work. This ultimately means hat together we develop and deliver digital assets that ensure we achieve our marketing objectives.

We are always looking for ways to attract and convert more visitors via our websites. This means that we need well designed, easy to use websites, and well-targetted content. We are seeing a continual increase in traffic to all websites and a growing number of relevant leads each month. Where we see areas for improvements such as conversion rates, we use the data we have and come up with ideas to improve - this is done across both teams with Quattro providing relevant, realistic enhancements.
