The only minor downside is that raw data isn’t always shared directly, which can make it a bit harder to analyze certain metrics on our own. **What do you like best about Quartile?**

In 2.5 years of selling on Amazon, the first time I truly felt relief and actually started sleeping well was the moment I saw what Quartile software is capable of doing.

Like many other sellers, I started by managing PPC myself, and things were going okay. But as my account grew, everything changed. At some point, I was looking at nearly 100 SKUs, and it became absolutely impossible to optimize everything manually or rely on the basic tools available on the market.

I came across Quartile after trying 2 different Amazon PPC agencies, and the last experience was a complete disappointment. After six months, there was barely any improvement in TACOS. At that point, I decided to give Quartile a try and three months later, it delivered exactly what I had been hoping for. My account is now organized and structured, metrics are optimized based on conversion, and my TACOS dropped from 22% to 13%!

What I love most is how the process feels. PPC is finally easy! It truly feels like you’re delegating a huge, stressful part of your business to a team of professionals. They take care of all the heavy lifting such as managing the software and handling time-consuming routine tasks. You finally get the space to focus on strategy and growth. For the first time in a long while, I have the time and energy to step back, see the bigger picture, and make better decisions.

The professionalism and seriousness of the team are impressive, and my account manager, Cesar Barbosa, is absolutely the best. I genuinely feel like I’ve found someone who is part of my team, not a third-party service. A partner who listens carefully, makes thoughtful decisions, and truly cares about our shared success.

**What do you dislike about Quartile?**

The first 1.5 months are stressful because the system needs time to learn what’s actually working. In the beginning, your numbers may look a little worse, and you have to trust the process and be patient. Not always easy! But as soon as the system has enough data, it only gets better.

**What problems is Quartile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, I am using Quartile for Amazon PPC. What are the benefits? My account is doing better and better every month. My sales are growing, my TACOS are going down, and the portfolio is expanding because I feel comfortable adding new products. I have both a reliable system and a great partner to manage the most stressful part of the Amazon business — advertising.

Now, after seeing what Quartile can do with Amazon, my plan is to focus on TikTok Shop and let them take care of it.

I like that Quartile meets me where I’m at. They’re experts in the field, but they’re also willing to work with me on the basics of setting up my Amazon store. They consistently offer helpful insights on ways to improve the store, assist me with inventory issues, and suggest product page improvements.

We’ve been very happy with Quartile and with the partnership overall. The main area I’d suggest improving is offering more benchmarking against similar brands, which would help us better guide longer-term growth on Amazon.

The most valuable benefit Quartile offers is continuous, 24/7 oversight and optimization of ad KPIs at a granular level. The biggest challenge in this space is the lack of time and resources to manage campaigns in real time throughout the day. Quartile’s system alleviates this burden, allowing us to focus on other priorities.

**What do you dislike about Quartile?**

Early on, we experienced some turnover with our account managers, but in retrospect, it was largely the result of unfortunate timing. Even with the turnover, we were impressed with the quality and work ethic of each account manager we've worked with. We are extremely happy with our current manager, Tatiane Gimenes, she works extremely hard to deliver our difficult requests day in and day out.

Their algorithms continuously optimize bids and budgets across our advertising channels, resulting in stronger ROI. We've seen meaningful improvements in our ad performance since switching to Quartile. On top of that, our Customer Strategy Manager has been absolutely awesome. They're responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us hit our goals. That combination of smart technology and great people makes Quartile a winning partner.

This isn't really a knock on Quartile specifically, but Amazon advertising costs have gotten increasingly expensive across the board. It's an industry-wide challenge that makes it harder to maintain the margins we're used to. Quartile does a good job of optimizing within that environment, but the rising cost of play on Amazon is something every seller is feeling right now.

Before Quartile, managing our Amazon advertising was extremely time-consuming and we were leaving money on the table with suboptimal bids. Quartile solves the problem of efficiently scaling ad campaigns. Their AI handles the constant bid adjustments and budget allocation that would be impossible to do manually across our entire catalog. The result is better ad spend efficiency, improved sales velocity, and more time for our team to focus on other parts of the business instead of babysitting campaigns all day.

Quartile has been a game changer for our ad efficiency on Walmart and Amazon. We are the most efficient we have ever been. Every person that I have interacted with at Quartile has been absolutely phenomenal. They are cooperative, listen to the issues and provide feedback and act so quickly! At our business we have very strict TACOS and ACOS goals and Quartile has been continuously meeting our goals allowing us to try new things. The two reps we have had (Anna Piedel and Bruno Costa) are truly the best and made the whole process seamless and easy! We have had a lot of changes to our ad strategy and they act quickly and effectively to get them done. They have made my life so much easier when it comes to ads, so I would definitely recommended Quartile for your ad needs.

Katuxa Naconecy: she was the ideal point of contact to represent Quartile. A wonderful account manager who routinely went above and beyond, taking initiatives and delivering on every detail we discussed, (even when I/We forgot... she never did). If something couldn't be done quickly, she would continue working behind the scenes to explore and implement different strategies, and always had progress steps lined up and ready for us at each meeting. The best markers of her excellent performance in this role was her persistence with the tasks at hand, proficiency in confidently managing communication between both parties (quartile and the client), and her keen awareness and familiarity with OUR business – OUR goals – OUR constraints – and OUR unique, authentic value. She simply made us feel like a priority, and we hope that Quartile and all of her future clients will recognize this and prioritize her and the work she is doing as well.

I don't find myself using the quartile app as much as the standard Google/Amazon ad sites. We are a small business, so it is possible that there is more value to the quartile app at more complicated levels of widespread ad-account management. At our level, it just wasn't effective for us.

There isn’t much to dislike about Quartile overall. The platform continues to evolve, and updates and guidance from the team usually address most needs effectively.

We've been working with Quartile since late April 2025 and they've been a great partner. We were facing significant increases in ACoS over the past 2 years, so our objective was to rein in ACoS while maintaining TACoS. Over 6 months Quartile was able to help us reduce our ACoS from about 60% to about 40%. We're hoping to get this down even more.

From the get-go integration was very seamless. The onboarding team was top-notch.

Just as important, our account manager Guilherme F has been awesome. He knows our business really well, has smart and on-point insights each week we meet, and generally he feels like a true extension of our team.

We look forward to continuing the partnership. I, for one, am really happy that I can offload a lot of the stress and angst of running an in-house PPC program to a partner like Quartile.

We were using a self-service automation platform prior to engaging with Quartile, and Quartile is of course much more expensive compared to what we were using before (SellerApp). That being said, Quartile is 100% worth the money, since we weren't reaching our goals under the previous platform.

Amazon Expertise: Quartile really knows the Amazon landscape. Their ability to scale both branded and non-branded keywords has helped improve topline revenue.

Responsive Team: Matt has been responsive and open to feedback. When issues come up, they don't shy away and they do a good job at explaining their stance on those issues.

**What do you dislike about Quartile?**

Their AI tends to bid on irrelevant or low-intent keywords, which leads to wasted spend. Since automated bids only update once a day, we constantly need to monitor and step in manually to keep things on track. I’d prefer a more proactive approach to campaign management—not just optimization, but also strategic input like uncovering new keyword opportunities and testing fresh ways to reach cold traffic. Additionally, new product launches have consistently underperformed, which tells me their system isn’t built to handle more nuanced efforts.

Quartile helps us manage and scale paid ads on Amazon (and to a lesser extent, Google) without needing a full-time in-house PPC team. Their AI automates bidding, keyword segmentation, and campaign optimization—freeing up our time and reducing the need for constant manual adjustments.
