The most valuable benefit Quartile offers is continuous, 24/7 oversight and optimization of ad KPIs at a granular level. The biggest challenge in this space is the lack of time and resources to manage campaigns in real time throughout the day. Early on, we experienced some turnover with our account managers, but in retrospect, it was largely the result of unfortunate timing. Even with the turnover, we were impressed with the quality and work ethic of each account manager we've worked with. When I first started working with Quartile, I wasn't sure what to expect and honestly doubted that we would benefit much from the partnership. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Even though we've only been collaborating for less than a year, our business metrics have seen significant improvement. Katuxa Naconecy: she was the ideal point of contact to represent Quartile. A wonderful account manager who routinely went above and beyond, taking initiatives and delivering on every detail we discussed, (even when I/We forgot... she never did). If something couldn't be done quickly, she would continue working behind the scenes to explore and implement different strategies, and always had progress steps lined up and ready for us at each meeting. The best markers of her excellent performance in this role was her persistence with the tasks at hand, proficiency in confidently managing communication between both parties (quartile and the client), and her keen awareness and familiarity with OUR business – OUR goals – OUR constraints – and OUR unique, authentic value. She simply made us feel like a priority, and we hope that Quartile and all of her future clients will recognize this and prioritize her and the work she is doing as well. I don't find myself using the quartile app as much as the standard Google/Amazon ad sites. We are a small business, so it is possible that there is more value to the quartile app at more complicated levels of widespread ad-account management. At our level, it just wasn't effective for us. What I like best about Quartile is how easy it is to use while handling the complexity of Amazon advertising at scale. The ease of implementation and seamless integration with Amazon made onboarding straightforward and allowed us to start seeing impact quickly. A major strength is the excellent and proactive support from the Customer Strategy Manager, who regularly shares useful insights and provides clear guidance to improve performance. Quartile also offers strong transparency into campaign performance, with regular updates and reporting that make it easy to understand how ads are performing and where optimizations are being made. Combined with the robust set of features and how frequently we rely on the platform, Quartile feels like a true partner in managing and optimizing our Amazon ads. Everyone we have worked with at Quartile has been great! Our account manager Diego is fantastic to work with. They always keep me informed about what is going on with Bi-weekly meetings, and when I want to make a change, even a major one like we just made today they are willing to go above and beyond to make sure that we are getting exactly what we want. I appreciate Quartile for its straightforward setup process, backed by a solid onboarding team, which made transitioning easy and efficient. Nick B. stood out with his impressive performance, being readily available for meetings and demonstrating significant expertise in the field. I've found Quartile to be very useful in freeing up my team's time, allowing us to shift our focus from managing ads in-house to other essential projects, making ad management a biweekly task rather than a continuous responsibility. This has saved us time and enhanced our efficiency. I’m also impressed with Quartile’s responsiveness and industry knowledge, as they regularly meet with us and are attentive to our needs and requests. Their support has been crucial in maintaining our advertising goals without overspending. Additionally, the integration with our Amazon account was seamless, taking just a few minutes, which added to our overall positive experience. I wish there was a more seamless transition between our initial representative, Nick, and our long-term representative, David. We've been working with Quartile since late April 2025 and they've been a great partner. We were facing significant increases in ACoS over the past 2 years, so our objective was to rein in ACoS while maintaining TACoS. Over 6 months Quartile was able to help us reduce our ACoS from about 60% to about 40%. We're hoping to get this down even more.

From the get-go integration was very seamless. The onboarding team was top-notch.

Just as important, our account manager Guilherme F has been awesome. He knows our business really well, has smart and on-point insights each week we meet, and generally he feels like a true extension of our team.

We were using a self-service automation platform prior to engaging with Quartile, and Quartile is of course much more expensive compared to what we were using before (SellerApp). That being said, Quartile is 100% worth the money, since we weren't reaching our goals under the previous platform.
