I've been using Quadient Inspire for over two years, and it has been incredibly useful to me. It can produce various outputs such as PDFs, emails, SMS, HTML, and more. Additionally, Inspire allows me to read a wide range of data files, including XML, CSV, flat files, and line data. It's a highly versatile tool capable of developing even the most complex solutions. It is very easy to set up a simple mail merge and within a few weeks and a little help from the University Forums you're soon designing complicated mail merges pulling in different letters and forms for each recipient. It was easy to implement across the business and the support from the University is excellent if you need solution for something. We use Inspire Designer every day for the processing our mail pieces. Inspire version 16 gave a lot of features like running commands from a Groovy script and for debugging purposes, it's showing the node IP address in job details, etc. It makes our work easier than before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In order to execute commands from a Groovy script, sometimes commands are throwing errors like the process is not completed. To resolve that, we added some sleep time after execution of the command and before fetching the result of the command.
