**What do you like best about QSTAC?**

The process it implements, easy to understand scores from quarter to quarter.   The action plan function is great too.

**What do you dislike about QSTAC?**

I do wish we could automate the emails to groups through the app.  But I think QSTAC team is working on that!

**What problems is QSTAC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting feedback from our business stakeholders.  Holding our technology teams accountable.  We have a better plan on where to focus and what's working.
