The customer must like it because of its features, like strengthening cybersecurity against the next cybersecurity threat. Providing regulatory compliance, including GDPR and reducing storage costs by up to 30%. **What do you dislike about QoreStor?** When I was using it for the first time, I felt an issue in identity governance, but a team from QoreStor immediately solved my problem. After that day, my staff and I were not interrupted during IT operations. **What problems is QoreStor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many software provides the services for DRAAS, but QorStor has the most powerful feature, identity-centric cybersecurity, which not only protects people but also blocks instantly. Most of the clients were stuck in the login. I mostly used it to protect my system from cyber attacks and insider threats because its team is very quickly available to help you. ### 2. It is genius in lower storage costs on-premises. Its deduplication algorithms slash storage requirements. It is available in combination with backup and recovery solutions. **What do you dislike about QoreStor?** I have a reason for liking only no dislikes. It helps me to give the best results to my clients. I strongly recommend to QoreStor. Go for it blindly. **What problems is QoreStor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many peoples used it for backup and recovery but used and referred my clients because of veeam; it resulted in 60 to 65% full backups, and 63% faster incremental backup and also helps reduce 45 to 48% storage requirements. It is significantly quicker than local RAID. ### 3. Once setup its a bit of a set it and forget it system. **What do you dislike about QoreStor?** Kace is working on some of the features here, but the one thing I did not care for is that during a complete failure event the system does not easily reconnect to the cloud bucket that it previously stored data within. This requires some intervention from support. This could be better and they are working on it. **Recommendations to others considering QoreStor:** I can highly recommend the product to provide a new level of space savings in Dedupe and compression that requires little resources in your environment. Other systems are entire physical systems, this was just a VM and a virtual drive. **What problems is QoreStor solving and how is that benefiting you?** While my organization is fairly small in comparison to many others I wanted to reduce the use of drive space taken up by backups.
