I appreciate that Qonto is very helpful for making transfers and chasing invoices. It matches the existing invoices to the transactions, which is also very helpful. I think that the tasks feature is not really relevant to me because the tasks that should be assigned there to me are not there. Also, I feel like the notifications, the event notifications, are a bit annoying, and I would like Qonto to make summarized notifications. The initial setup was not easy. I didn't find the staff helpful. I felt like they were not professional. They asked me to share legal documents via email even though I had already shared them when I opened the account on the Qonto portal. I also received some rude phone calls from the staff asking me to share more details, which I had already shared before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
