Credible is a tool that enables businesses to collect and present personalized customer reviews and actions as social proofs to get more sales, collect more reviews, and - yep, you guessed it - become more credible. Each form is tied to one or more services that then link to billing matrix setup (for billing), clinical team (for access), credentials (to determine who can enter that kind of service), and really lets us drill down who is documenting what and when. It also lets us use multiple choices, determine required fields, map answers to other parts of the EHR (like the client profile) and eject info into the note from other parts of the profile (to show things like the current diagnosis). The Credible mobile app is also one of the best mobile EHR apps I have seen, as it allows our clinicians to access thier schedules. start and complete visit documentation, submit forms, They can also add visits and complete notes on the fly. The fact that Credible is cloud based and available from any internet connected device has been pivotal for our agency effiency when it comes to completing clinical documentation (and thus billing for services) in a timely manner, especially as we have become much more mobile and telehealth based since 2020. **What do you dislike about Credible?** The billing functionality is not up to standard with other similar behavioral health EHRs. While the services are highly configurable, the billing module is much more rigid and missing the ability to break down codes and price variations by certain payors, clinical programs, and other demographics that then require a lot of manual fixing or approval. **Recommendations to others considering Credible:** The clinical user ease of this product is amazing. If your organization has remote mental health, is highly mobile (and can use the app), or has users needing to access it quickly via the cloud, I highly recommend it. The ability to configure forms, visit types, programs, and other types of client information is also really impressive. The downside to consider is if you have very complex billing (many programs that bill different codes, working with a lot of different insurors or state-subsidized payment options, it is really tricky to distinguish what is being charged based on this criteria. It is not impossible to drill down, but it will take more staff work/hours to commit. For us, it has still been work this trade-off in light of the ease of EHR accessibility, configuration, and mobile app. **What problems is Credible solving and how is that benefiting you?** The fact that Credible is cloud-based and available from any internet-connected device has been pivotal for our agency's efficiency when it comes to completing clinical documentation (and thus billing for services) in a timely manner, especially as we have become much more mobile and telehealth based since 2020.
