**What do you like best about Q-Hub?**

Q-Hub centralises our QMS processes like corrective actions and audits in one place, with automated reminders that improve follow-up and accountability. The ability to pull KPIs directly from the data entered is especially valuable for tracking performance and driving continuous improvement.

**What do you dislike about Q-Hub?**

There can be a learning curve for new users and some initial setup effort to get workflows optimised. Once configured it works very well, but onboarding and familiarisation can take a little time.

**What problems is Q-Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By creating and centralising our asset register and linking clauses and questions directly to audit criteria
