# Which fleet management platforms are the easiest to roll out to a team of drivers and dispatchers who are not used to using software for tracking?

Hello G2 users. I'm digging into which fleet platforms are the gentlest to roll out when your drivers and dispatchers aren't software people and may be moving off paper or phone calls for the first time. I'm interested in what teams with non-technical crews actually experienced.

Across the Fleet Management category, these come up most for easy team adoption:

Whip Around: Designed to replace paper for drivers, with reviewers saying crews that were hesitant coming off paper adapted fast, and drivers get in just by opening a link. One team had drivers signed in and working in under two minutes.

ClearPathGPS: Consistently described as very easy to use with good training material and a clear map view that's simple to read at a glance. Plug-and-play devices keep the setup light, which helps when no one on the team is technical.

Samsara: Reviewers repeatedly call the interface intuitive and easy to explain to new users, and dispatchers and drivers alike mention how simple it is to log in and navigate. A dispatcher described picking it up with only a limited, operations-side view and still finding it straightforward.

GPS Insight: Called out for fast, easy setup and training with an intuitive dashboard, and dispatchers describe routing and checking on techs without much of a learning curve. A practical choice for a dispatch team new to tracking software.

If you've rolled tracking software out to a crew that wasn't used to it, which one clicked fastest for your drivers versus your dispatchers? And what actually drove adoption, the app, the training, or something else?

I’d put a lot of weight on how little explanation drivers need on day one. Whip Around sounds especially promising for paper-based crews, while GPS Insight may be the better fit when dispatchers need something equally simple on their side.
