# Which fleet management platforms are the easiest to roll out to a team of drivers and dispatchers who are not used to using software for tracking?

I'm digging into which fleet platforms are the gentlest to roll out when your drivers and dispatchers aren't software people and may be moving off paper or phone calls for the first time. &lt;p&gt;I’d put a lot of weight on how little explanation drivers need on day one. Whip Around sounds especially promising for paper-based crews, while GPS Insight may be the better fit when dispatchers need something equally simple on their side.&lt;/p&gt;
