"Great Feature Set, but Clunky Tools That Don’t Always Work as Intended"

What do you like best about Pulseway?

Pulseway has a great feature set for managing a fleet of devices both locally and remotely/field. Remote connectivity is good and the introduction of MDM is the right move forward. Support is and has always been fast and good. Pulseway is used every day in our organisation and we use it across Windows, Mac and iPads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulseway?

Quite often, features are clunky and sometimes don't work as intended. While support is on hand to assist when this is the case, this happens more frequently that I would like. the UI is still quite clunky and could be simpler to access areas that are commonly accessed. What do you like best about Pulseway?

It seems like an affordable way to get into the MSP (RMM) space. Since they’re owned by Kaseya, they also have access to a lot of partnerships and add-ons, which helps round out the offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulseway?

Their UI feels a bit clunky and doesn’t always work reliably, and at times the whole experience felt sluggish. A lot of the automations I built with them still work with the RMM platform I moved to (NinjaOne).

They also charged onboarding fees for everything. While they did have a lot of partners and programs where you could use their products and genuinely get a good price, it all felt disjointed. I had to log into each item separately, and it seemed like almost nothing would talk to anything else or truly integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Constant upselling. They want to push new modules, yet they still have a few default modules that are not finished or are broken. Let's fix the last module before we push the next, yes? Also, the app logs me out too soon. I am constantly logging back in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pulseway?

It works and the best part is their patch management is a pretty solution, It is easy to use and operate. I have used their support a few times and they have been quick to respond and resolve issues when needed. We use it on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
