## Pulseway Reviews
  ### 1. Great Feature Set, but Clunky Tools That Don’t Always Work as Intended

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack I. | Managing Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Pulseway has a great feature set for managing a fleet of devices both locally and remotely/field. Remote connectivity is good and the introduction of MDM is the right move forward. Support is and has always been fast and good. Pulseway is used every day in our organisation and we use it across Windows, Mac and iPads.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Quite often, features are clunky and sometimes don't work as intended. While support is on hand to assist when this is the case, this happens more frequently that I would like. the UI is still quite clunky and could be simpler to access areas that are commonly accessed. More data from machines and devices would be useful for troubleshooting/general info.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulseway allows us to manage computers and devices remotely with ease. We are able to provide remote support to our field engineers and home workers. We also use Pulseway's patch management for ensuring devices are fully up to date at all times.

  ### 4. Customizable and Powerful with Great Tagging Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** eric m. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Tags. Running my own scripts. Working on remote machines silently.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Constant upselling. They want to push new modules, yet they still have a few default modules that are not finished or are broken. Let's fix the last module before we push the next, yes? Also, the app logs me out too soon. I am constantly logging back in.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like most RMM's, Pulseway keeps all my devices right in front of me with some scrolling. Pulseway changing the color of a device's icons or adding different icons where there was none before is also a great way to see issues at a glance without notification banners all the time.

The remote control agent can be clunky at times but it still works but wished they would work on developing it a bit more to be more seemless but its not a deal breaker.

  ### 11. Pulseway provides me the tools I need to grow my MSP.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher R. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

What I like about Pulseway is the one-on-one communication with my direct point of contact, Sean. Sean is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with, allowing me to understand the different products Pulseway offers. Overall, I recommend Pulseway to my friends and clients. Customer support has been a great addition to my experience with Pulseway products. Pulseway's overall products have a clean and easy interface to work with, easy to integrate into my organization, and easy to implement for my clients, and they provide more than enough hands-on training on how to use the products, either through the Pulseway Online Training or one-on-one communication with my direct Pulsway Account Manager, Sean. I use Pulseway products daily in my business to provide the best possible services to my clients.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

There are no cons in my overall outlook and experience with Pulseway.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems Pulseway solves the complicated solutions other providers offer, with Pulseway is a easy all-in-one online platform to resolve all my clients endpoints in my daily managing services. It benefits my company in resolving the issues quick with ease and when I have questions or require additional help Pulseway (my direct Pulseway Account Manager - Sean) is always there to help me out.

  ### 12. Pulseway: The Remote Management Assistant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhannad K. | CEO & Director, Computer & Network Security, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

The Mobile App is years ahead of its time and I have been using Pulseway for almost 10 years. Their Support and Sales team are patient and great. Most things get resolved instantly and they listen to feedback and always have new fixes and feature ready at bay. Teh Product was easy to user, it had a simple implementation process as well as a plethora of integration to usual apps. Pulsway is my daily driver for remote management as an MSP.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Occasional cohesiveness between the webapp and mobile app. There are some rare instances that the Web App and the Mobile App function differently, whereas as an avid software user, the general stance is that there would generally be the the same experience across web and mobile.
The mobile app has not been updated in terms of excessive functionaliy as well as looks as it still holds the same look and feel and most of the functionality from years ago. That being said, even those functionalities are ahead of its time when they were release, I hope they improve their mobile app whilst they are already improving their web app as I believe their mobile app sets them apart from other competitors. The ability to restart a PC or check its logs while being away and remote itself is nuff said. Improved notifications is also another aspect I would like to add.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary issue of an MSP is the ability to work proactively than reactively, and pulseway helps acheive that and ticks almost all those boxes.

  ### 13. Pulseway has been a excellent addition.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Woody H. | General Manager & Senior Network Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

The RMM is wonderful. The RMM webapp and the RMM phone app are identical. There is nothing I can't do or see from phone. Extremely easy to implement and use. Support is quick to respond to emails, whether they are questions, requests, or issues. The PSA is just as good as the RMM. I would recommend both, we use both on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Update schedule. I wish they would publish their update schedule.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to be proactive instead of reactive with Pulseway. The RMM notifications let us know when there is an issue that we need to address before our customers call us. We are also able to use the RMM for trend analysis and recommending drive expansion, memory expansion, etc. The PSA is our service desk, CRM, and billing platform. Everything flows through Pulseway giving us a one stop shop for what we need.

  ### 14. Powerful MSP platform with EXCELLENT customer support and service backing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramone H. | CEO/CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

The always working to innovate by finding new and better ways to do all the things neccesary for the success of MSP's and their clients.
The platform is secure, intuitive to use, and deploy. It has integrated seamlessy thus far into every normal and custom customer setups that I often work on, so it has given me a better handle on processes and systems running, with ever increasing visibility into the network infrastructure that I manage. I use it VERY often, every day, multiple times per day, whether from my laptop, desktop or mobile app.
It's VERY easy to deploy and organize right from install, and the customer support is phenomenal. My account manager is ALWAYS on the ball, and reaches out ever so often to check in to make sure I have all that I need. Every issue I've brought up has been handled with urgency (even if it's not an urgent matter) and efficiency. I lke that A LOT. I tested other platforms before choosing Pulseway, and everyday it's confirmed that I chose right.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

I'll have to get back to you on that if or when I find something.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a small MSP, and Pulseway manages all the endpoints of all my customers, desktops/laptops and servers, doing RMM, allowing Remoe access, handling operating system updates based on rules I've setup, patch management to installed applications, virus and ransomeware hunting, prevention and mitigation, as well as email security through Graphus. A lot of all that is done automatically through schedules and scripting, and in response to triggers on the different endpoints. It has freed up quite a bit of my time to focus on other things that would normally take me some time to get to because I had to be doing all this manually for all of the 88 endpoints I manage. Now I can see ALL of them through one pane of glass, and be able to deploy updates, patches, and any configuration changes needed through either my own custom scripts or the plethora of built-in scripts made avaiable on the pulseway platform. I can see what any or all of the endpoints are doing at any point.

  ### 15. I cannot imagine using another company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam H. | Help Desk Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

We currently use PSA, RMM, and IT Glue through Pulseway. The most helpful feature is that all three applications integrate into each other, Azure and on-prem Active Directory. These products are easy to use and navigate once everything has been set up. We use all three of these systems daily, and the RMM mobile application helps us keep tabs on the systems when we are not in the office. The few times we've had to reach out to support, we received fast and helpful responses and solutions usually within a day.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

It's tough to identify a downside of Pulseway. If I had to be picky, it would be that we cannot do everything in the mobile application that we can do with the web version of RMM. I understand it's tougher to fit all those features into the mobile application but if I HAD to choose something to make better.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My favorite feature of Pulseway is that you do not need to be on the same network to remote into a computer, like several of their RMM competitors. As long as the PC has access to the internet, you can remote in. We can monitor the endpoints, servers, and networks with the system and receive notifications through the mobile application. These notifications help us have a better understanding of what is occurring on the network and allow us to correct it before business hours. RMM is tied in with ticketing systems which automatically creates a ticket for us to add our notes on the issue.

  ### 16. A great toolset that comes along with great support for any computer technician business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nimble N. | Systems Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Pulseway helped me take my computer repair services to the next level, and they've grown with me since. They have helped with solutions, insight, and just making customer support better; remote tools, managed antivirus software, the tools they have can definitely take a one man computer repair business to a fully fledged helpdesk, improving their customer's experience along the way. It's easy to use, and it's easy to setup on the client side too, allowing you to create a recurring revenue and customer loyalty.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Pulseway in Australia hasn't been able to provision Microsoft Office products along with the plethora of other solutions they provide.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RMM tools, the ability to deploy BitDefender and other solutions.

  ### 17. Set it and forget it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Štěpán F. | Chief Operations Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

I really like this RMM solution because it allows me to set everything up once and then not worry about it. Its robust feature set covers all my needs without the need for constant oversight, which saves me a lot of time. Plus, the expert support available makes it easy to configure and optimize, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The combination of reliability and minimal maintenance is exactly what I value in IT management tools.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

I have very little to criticize about this system, except for the mobile app, which occasionally forgets that I’m logged in. It’s a minor inconvenience, but overall it doesn’t take away from the system's otherwise exceptional performance and reliability.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software likely solved several key problems for me. It reduced the need for constant oversight and manual intervention in IT management, allowing you to focus on other tasks without worrying about the system's performance. The extensive feature set helped streamline various IT processes, such as real-time monitoring, patch management, and automation, all of which can be complex to handle manually. Additionally, the expert support likely eased the burden of configuring and optimizing the system, ensuring everything runs efficiently without requiring in-depth technical knowledge on your part.

  ### 18. Customized for me since day one.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabien C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Providing the promised service is a given, and they do it well. What sets them apart is the relationship I’ve developed with the team. Even when there are changes within the company, I always end up working with someone who understands my business. They get it because they listen.

I’ve had the privilege of using Pulseway for quite some time now, and it has become an integral part of how my business operates. Easy to use, easy to contact... What more could you ask for? :)

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

I would love to see lite and easy to print report of small business.
I would love to have a more interactive platform for browser too.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a pulse on the customer's IT life line.

  ### 19. Pulseway provides an exceptional suite of services and support.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher R. | Sole Propriator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Pulseway seamlessly integrates their RMM and PSA solutions, allowing me to better track and invoice my time without any additional overhead. Pulseway's RMM has a wide variety of indispensable scripting and management tools which they are regularly enhancing and adding to. Most importantly, Pulseway has exceptional customer service. Our account manager James Norris is outstanding. James really goes the extra mile to make sure we have everything we need from assistance with sales of services, onboarding, and obtaining product support.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

There is definitely a learning curve associated with the more powerful aspects of the RMM and PSA, fortunately Pulseway is very responsive to questions and provides guidance to ensure we get the most out of our services potential.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulseway has become an integral and indispensable part of our company's infrastructure. Pulseway provides exceptional remote support and monitoring of our customer's IT hardware which is the backbone of our services. Pulseway's PSA has become the center of our invoicing, deliverables, and time tracking. Pulseway's integration with Bitdefender has taken over as our provided anti-virus and anti-malware solutions.

  ### 20. TSG Pulseway Review 08-01-2024

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Pulseway RMM is easy to use, easy to deploy, keeps tract of all of my customers computers in one place, I use it daily, it integrates easily with most of my IT support tools and the Pulseway support is at the top of my list of vendor support,

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

I wish they had Linux Remote Desktop Support.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Pulseway all of support calls were reactive and usually after things had really gone bad. Now that Pulseway has been deployeed on all my customers computers and servers the vast majority of my service calls are proactive which allows me to see and fix problems when they are first starting to become a problem and are small and easy to fix rather than waiting until they have become a major problem and caused the entire computer to fail.

  ### 21. Excellent product for the value

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan W. | IT Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

The platform is constantly improving as they add more features. They always are open to customer feedback and requests when adding features as well.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

My biggest gripe is the differences between the mobile app and the web app. It seems odd to me but there are functions that can only be executed in the mobile app like installing apps and running workflows on a specific machine ad hoc. There is also no dark mode on the web app.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulseway offers a very helpful remote support tool with nice features like transferring files and integrated chat. It also helps me easily manage my variety of machines and platforms. The platform being more mobile focused does have some nice benefits where you can easily manage and perform tasks on a machine from your phone.

  ### 22. Pulseway is Superb!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Silverio S. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

I've been using Pulseway RMM for the past 5 years, and it has truly transformed our IT management process. The platform's intuitive interface makes it easy to monitor systems, deploy updates, and handle remote support. Real-time alerts and detailed reporting have been invaluable for staying on top of issues before they escalate. Integration with our existing tools has been seamless, and the overall performance has exceeded our expectations. Pulseway RMM has not only improved our operational efficiency but also enhanced our ability to provide top-notch support to our clients. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Lacks full MacOS support. MacOS is supported, but lacks feature parity vs Windows.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulseway is our main agent to manage our customer's endpoints. From it we patch, provide support, vulnerability management, endpoint backup and EDR.

  ### 23. Pulseway for the Win

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas E. | IT Technician, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

The user-friendly design of Pulse Way of the how it simplifies patching and automates installations is what makes Pulseway the winner for me.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

The way we use Pulseway is split into two separate websites having both RMM and PSA baked into the same site would be the best.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulseway solves several key problems by providing a centralized platform for remote monitoring, management, and automation. This benefits me by significantly reducing the time and effort required to manage IT systems, ensuring that tasks like patching, software installations, and system monitoring are automated and streamlined. It also enhances our ability to respond quickly to issues, minimizing downtime and improving overall efficiency.

Gabriel's performance has been exemplary in every aspect of their role. Their unwavering support for my business and clients has been a driving force behind our continued success. I have no doubt that Gabe, will continue to excel and contribute positively to our organization.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Just a few items.
1. when logging into the web app it always asks to label the browser even if it was labeled.
2. sometimes remote sessions are on the slow side but could be for various reasons

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

remote management and central access for client status

  ### 25. Powerful RMM Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matteo L. | Sysadmin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

I use this software daily. Effortless monitoring of managed systems. Many powerful features such as automation workflows. Very easy to implement. Supports a bunch of integrations with other softwares. Customer support is always present, I have a direct contact with an account manager. Mobile app is awesome.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Underwhelming linux integration, such as missing support for patch management and missing support for Linux KVM connector, at the time of writing.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It removed a lot of work from me and my team, especially with Patch Management and Automations. I have more time to focus on other things.

  ### 26. Great Product But Not As Great Company

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Been using it for many years and it's a life-saver. Have been able to support my clients on the go and they hardly ever noticed it. Great software.
Special mention to my accounts manager Jack Shelton for his patience and lots of assistance to me due to the company's double-billing and forceful contract mentality.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Lately they've been partnering with other companies for other products, without any thoughts or attempts to integrate it with their software. The sales person will push for these software without mentioning about the non-integration, and after signing up, you'll noticed that the usual well-developed software is marred with all these 3rd party software creating lots of sign-in and maintenance for different software. The worst part is the billing. Now I have to pay via multiple different channels and it did encounter double-billing once. Thanks to Jack Shelton for assisting though.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing remote support to clients on-the-go, anytime, anywhere.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Remote desktop might get some improvements but overal is perfect

With Pulseway I am able to solve all client and server issues before they had an issue. By quick notifications, I am handling the issues before they became issue.

  ### 29. Max Maxwell review of Pulseway

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew M. | Director, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Very easy to setup and remotely manage all of our systems, including patch management and endpoint protection. The customer service has been exceptional and the product development gives us confidence in the product for the future.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

There are very few but we think the web interface although practical could do with UX improvements / overhaul to make the product even better.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small firm I cover all of the IT management as well as being Creative Director. Pulseway has streamlined office wide systems management, which has saved myself a huge amount of time and resources and gives me the confidence to rectify any issues quickly. The ability to run all of our patches and endpoint protection from the same interface is an absolute time saver and minimizes the risk of any patches / updates slipping through the gaps.

  ### 30. A robust easy to use RMM with competitive features and fantastic UI.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulseway?**

I tried a few RMMs before landing on Pulseway. I was surprised by how easy it was to deploy and set up my environment. I was initially attracted to Pulseway due to the attractive pricing. Bigger RMMs were more expensive per seat than Pulseway, and I didn't have the seat volume to negotiate the price down. Pulseway's pricing was very straightforward, and honestly, it's pretty refreshing to deal with it that way. After the first year or two, I got a 3-year contract, and I'm quite happy I did.

I currently use it to update Windows workstations, manage other programs through patch management, set up alerts, remote access, deploy and uninstall programs, and I even use it for some security features like ransomware detection. Support has always been fantastic and available to help or even brainstorm with me on how to accomplish something. As a smaller user, their support even calls me quarterly to discuss any issues I may be having. It's reassuring that they are adding integrations and additional features so often. They have regular webinars from partners to explain new functionality or just to explain new features of the pulseway platfrom.

Their programmatic workflow feature is pretty interesting. You can make a workflow with multiple events and make it do some really cool things, e.g., if this process is active, do this; else, do this, then this. Another thing to consider is that this platform's UI and app support are top-notch compared to other RMM solutions I've seen. As someone who is not glued to my desk, I really appreciate having so much control via my phone. Overall, I've used the platform for quite a few years now, and it has my confidence.

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Pulseway's desktop remote access could use a little more polish, although it gets the job done for support sessions. I have normal users who need to remote into their machines, so I already use Splashtop Business and ended up not using Pulseway's remote tool much. I feel it would be nice if they offered even more templates for scripts and reporting. Since first signing up, they have added quite a few powerful ones, such as sending me a list of all active processes. I'd love more powerful scripts like that ready to go. They are adding new ease-of-use features like the device management tab, which allows you to run quick workflows and scripts on an individual machine or two machines without having to first set a scope manually, etc. I'd like these core platform improvements to be prioritized over third-party integrations.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Endpoint management is tough, and there are a lot of tools that I am juggling. I'm just glad my core tool, Pulseway, is running on autopilot for me, handling my programmed alerts and performing my policy patch management and updates without a hitch. Pricing is very reasonable, so it frees up funds to spend on other needed things, such as ever-increasing Microsoft email/Entra security licensing, for instance.

Of all the RMM platforms I have worked with, Pulseway is the easiest to use. I am also not bound to a PC with it as the mobile app has pretty much all of the web interface functions. **What do you like best about Pulseway?**

Pulseway allows me to remotely connect to computers to offer tech support. It also allows monitoring of our company server. The capabilities are very extensive, and whenever there is an IT need, Pulseway typically has a solution

**What do you dislike about Pulseway?**

Not being an IT individual by experience, or by education, I know that we are leaving a lot of capabilities unused. Finding time to navigate the capabilities, and then implementing them, can be bit overwhelming.

**What problems is Pulseway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulseway allows us to manage updates to computers, and provide a secure, yet minimalist, antivirus software (Webroot). Pulsway as a company is also helping us to get our information backed up to prevent downtime in the event of hardware disruptions.
