Using Proworkflow is very intuitive. You can easily add new contacts or businesses, projects, tasks, etc. It's hard to get lost within the software so that's a major bonus as well. I like that you can easily toggle between users to see what your team's workflow looks like. Another bonus is that you don't need to click into a project to change the status, priority, start, due, or managers. You can make most of the high level changes from a high level prospective which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To me Proworkflow can be a big clumsy and I feel like it's experiencing growing pains. I think this software would be great for a business that has limited clients or limited services. I came from a company that used Salesforce and I find Profworkflow to not live up to the expectations I had from SF. I find the Project Archive tool clumsy and incredible hard to use. There also isn't any area that you can go to for a particular client to see what services they're signed up, who their rep is, etc. I don't think Proworkflow is as encompassing as Salesforce was. To me it's much more similar to Basecamp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
