Time tracking per task, ease of creating, duplicating, and closing projects, and the internal messaging feature.

I wish it was more customizable and that the reporting/invoicing feature was more seamless.

ProWorkflow allows us to set up projects and tasks by client for our cross-functional teams to access information and track time directly per task.

**What do you like best about ProWorkflow?**

Proworkflow shows you in the dashboard all the jobs to be done and most of the tools are logically located, this way you can have a better control of our projects.  There is a wide variety of management available to use, budgets, resources and portfolios are some of them. Users can have remote access to other devices as the program has a mobile application very similar to the web version. The customer portal is very well equipped and organized, it also allows you to customize it your way

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

There are functions of the software that do not have much intuition, the tools to use to finish a job are not always at first sight, and forces you to find the place of the tool, which makes you lose valuable time. Some functions are not very complete, the contacts section lacks important options and there is not much variety of templates either

**Recommendations to others considering ProWorkflow:**

There are some management tasks that need to be more complete, business management is one, it does not contain tools to manage marketing or inventory, it is advisable to have these functions available in all software of this type. A predictive analysis for marketing plans would be a good creation for the software

**What problems is ProWorkflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company has been benefited by the tracking of hours and expenses that ProWorkflow offers, you can have a good balance of the data thanks to what these options show. Our team has been properly instructed to use the tutorials available on the web. We organize ourselves in a better way, the workload shows all the activity of our workers and it becomes easy to change the tasks for other people.

**What do you like best about ProWorkflow?**

ProWorkflow is a platform with many positive features among which I can mention its time tracking functions that are extremely accurate and easy to use, it has powerful tools for task management, time sheets, templates, notifications and alerts, its file sharing function is also very fast and easy to use, it has an intelligent and responsive technical support, it has a modest number of communication tools that help us as an organization to keep up with all the work

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

This program still needs some time to fix all the deficient points that it has among them I can mention interface has a little creative design and does not integrate correctly and organized all its functions, in the application trying to manage tasks is really an overwhelming challenge, I consider that the learning curve of ProWorkflow is very high, due to its interface and the fact that it does not have enough tutorials to better understand the operation of the application in addition to the fact that technical support offers enough solutions

**Recommendations to others considering ProWorkflow:**

In my opinion ProWorkflow is an economical and quality option to manage projects because its functions of time tracking, task management, reporting, timesheets, templates, notifications and alerts is also ideal for companies that are developing a large number of projects together because it has a large number of collaboration tools that help keep the different groups connected this helps the work is very smooth which represents an increase in productivity for any organization

**What problems is ProWorkflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The use we give to ProWorkflow within my organization is to manage projects since it has a great amount of tools that allow us, among other things, to keep track of the hours dedicated to a project, it has also been really useful for us to search the organization of projects since my organization usually attends many clients with different projects and we need to give a personalized service to each one of them. Finally, we have also made use of their collaboration tools that, although they don't have many, are extremely useful to manage contacts, live chats and remote access

**What do you like best about ProWorkflow?**

It includes a wide variety of management options, including content management and task management for its ease of use. The program is very intuitive when it comes to time management. It contains the option of videoconferencing and the tool is fast. The tool for project follow-up is one of the most complete due to its great variety of options such as the Kanban board and the progress percentage follow-up. Despite being a very complete program, it is easy to use and simple to learn. Its neat design allows you to locate options quickly

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

There are features that process management does not have, such as business rules management or process design. The marketing plan is not as complete and lacks important tools such as predictive analysis. It does not contain a discussion forum which limits the discussion of ideas by employees. Integration is not as complete in branches such as quotation and invoicing

**Recommendations to others considering ProWorkflow:**

The cost of membership is a reasonable price but it might be a little cheaper so that more people can use the application. You could also include a discussion forum in the collaboration tools to have more communication dynamics

**What problems is ProWorkflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the application to track time in an orderly manner. We can also manage staff resources and they can track their performance. We have been able to improve project performance using the roadmap creation tool

**What do you like best about ProWorkflow?**

Proworkflow is an online project management software that is characterized by its simplicity, effectiveness and its collaboration tools that allow you to have your projects organized and also manage your time with tools that allow you to do the management of roadmaps, interactions, launch planning and sprint which are Scrum tools that are extremely useful for planning our tasks, the collaboration tools are also a strength in this software because they work in an easy and effective which provide the ability to make real-time edits, make calendar management and video conferencing to finish I must say that this software is an excellent product.

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

Proworkflow has some features I would like you to change the first one is the price which I think is high in comparison with other products also it doesn't have a free version that allows us to make complete tests to the software, it doesn't have different views for the Gantt charts, trying to look for information in the employees database is really a problem because it doesn't have the necessary filters to get the customer information in a fast and easy way, you can't keep track of hours offline like in the case of vacations or usages.

I would recommend this software for companies that need to manage a large number of projects where there are several people working and need to keep in touch because this software is great for teamwork, also recommend it as a tool for tracking hours as it shows an excellent vision of the hours spent for each task this helps us manage our resources more efficiently.

**What problems is ProWorkflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My organization has used the Proworkflow product for the management of online projects. It is quite useful to track the hours each person dedicates to a project for us as well as for ours, I can safely say that Proworkflow is a professional software that allows you to manage your projects in a calm, fast and safe way.

**What do you like best about ProWorkflow?**

It is a really robust tool. Many attributes you can add to a specific project. (Priority, LOE, Tracking, etc). It also works well with our development tool JIRA.  I like the fact that it keeps all of the information (brief, comments, files, links, dates) all on one page without having to click around and view pop ups or links to different pages.

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

Search capabilities are lacking. I should be able to search for any project without having worked on it. Instead you have to use the dropdown at the top to select "All work", then search.

I should also be able to see every comment posted in a project. If I wasn't tagged, then I don't see it even if i'm part of the project.

It should also tell you who was the last one to update a project. Currently it only shows the date updated.

**Recommendations to others considering ProWorkflow:**

I would most certainly recommend this. It is a great tool for everything marketing related. I am able to ask questions across the company that are related to specific projects  to keep everything in one spot.

**What problems is ProWorkflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cross-functional team communication all in one. It keeps a nice track of everything from comments to files uploaded. We are able to add specific deliverables like emails, site deliverables, among others.

We can also utilize tasks within each project and check off these tasks when finished.

**What do you like best about ProWorkflow?**

ProWorkflow is great because it facilitates the search and organization of projects. Therefore, it provides me with the separation of subtasks within the projects, in addition, I really like that I can easily alternate between users to see what the work flow of a certain team looks like.

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

I would like that in ProWorkflow there was a review portal for customers, which for a marketing agency would be a very useful peculiarity. Also, it would be excellent if the project file were more flexible with the search terms. So, it means that if I don't know the name of the project I find it a bit tedious to find.

**Recommendations to others considering ProWorkflow:**

ProWorkflow is an excellent software. And it's completely online. Therefore, for a large project, it is a great asset to track all project attributes. In addition, this platform is easy to use because it helps us with productivity rather than hinder. Therefore, their support is excellent, and the customization options are really useful to improve our experience.

We use ProWorklow because it is a very useful and practical tool to use new projects, since it has multiple functions that allow us to manage projects in a very dynamic and simple way. In addition, it has an interfunctional collaboration. We use this platform between cities and countries.

**What do you like best about ProWorkflow?**

I like ProWorkflow since it is an excellent tool that allows me to carry out an order in project management. In addition to providing me with the necessary mechanisms for the search and organization of my projects, thus providing me with the best performance for the scope of my projects since it is a fairly practical system to implement.

I think it's great that it was a little faster in time when you are working on the projects since it is usually a bit slow in some circumstances.

ProWorkflow is the right system for project management offering you the best collaboration in different aspects with a quite feasible contribution to the process of carrying out the projects online. We recommend it.

Timeline feature and time tracking. The timelines allow me to assign dates to every step of a project, and then gives me a calendar view to see who should be doing what, when. 

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

No automated workflow. I wish there was a very clear way to show which tasks are outstanding and whose court they’re in. 

**What problems is ProWorkflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProWorkflow helps me keep my 100+ projects (and their deadlines) organized. My biggest wish is that it automated the workflow better (i.e. when I’m ready to send something to my supervisor for review, I wish I could just have PWF send it to them and notify my supervisor that they have a task to complete). In that sense, it’s a bit more manual entry than I would like, but still effective for keeping records, organizing tasks in a project, etc.

The help group is stunning. They were so useful consistently. ProWorkflow is useful in sorting out, and giving out assignments to different individuals from the group. The help group was the best of numerous I have gone over A+

it's a great program, Honestly, I can't think of much I don't like about ProWorkflow.

I thought that it was entirely simple to utilize yet a portion of my customers did not. There's a great deal going on in the interface and a few customers think that its confounding. I needed to search for a device with a more straightforward interface to make it simpler for my customers.

**What problems is ProWorkflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProWorkflow is an effective time following device utilized in our office to screen and bill time, and create hours reports for the motivations behind charging. It has been a valuable apparatus in guaranteeing ventures come in under time and under spending plan, and gives early cautioning signs if an undertaking is probably going to go over.

Very easy to train our users on this. Great way to sort through tasks on the go.

We had some issues exporting the reports to the Excel but the support team were very helpful on this.

I love this tool, its functions are very dynamic to use, they allow you to manage various projects in a very useful way which allows you to develop them in a skillful and practical way, thus maintaining a constant and practical monitoring of all projects

This tool has a feature or function that allows you to track the pending invoices or the receivables, but this option has certain inconveniences from my point of view because it does not allow you to know the balance owed by a specific client.

for my team it would be great to integrate some function to maintain an adequate follow-up of accounts payable or accumulated debts to have an adequate knowledge of this type of things.

**What do you like best about ProWorkflow?**

Over the course of 10+ years, I've managed thousands of projects, varying in scope and complexity. And in that time, I've tried several different project management softwares. ProWorkflow is hands-down the best. It's incredibly easy to use, packed full of features, and priced right.

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

The only drawback is the lack of a review/proofing portal for clients -- which for a marketing agency, would be a very useful feature.

The best project management software out there; have reviewed/looked at many -- none compare to ProWorkflow.

Ease of Navigation through each page and the mobile apps - Love it! Easy to learn and use

There is nothing I dislike; I'm not a tech individual and the ease of software the better and more appealing to me. This is awesome to use and navigate through easily and keep track of everything I need and easy to introduce to each of the employees for task management.

Task and Time management tools in this software work great for us and especially being able to use in the mobile app since we are all on the go.

**What do you like best about ProWorkflow?**

Using Proworkflow is very intuitive. You can easily add new contacts or businesses, projects, tasks, etc. It's hard to get lost within the software so that's a major bonus as well. I like that you can easily toggle between users to see what your team's workflow looks like. Another bonus is that you don't need to click into a project to change the status, priority, start, due, or managers. You can make most of the high level changes from a high level prospective which is great. 

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

To me Proworkflow can be a big clumsy and I feel like it's experiencing growing pains. I think this software would be great for a business that has limited clients or limited services. I came from a company that used Salesforce and I find Profworkflow to not live up to the expectations I had from SF. I find the Project Archive tool clumsy and incredible hard to use. There also isn't any area that you can go to for a particular client to see what services they're signed up, who their rep is, etc. I don't think Proworkflow is as encompassing as Salesforce was. To me it's much more similar to Basecamp. 

**Recommendations to others considering ProWorkflow:**

Be sure to spend time in demos and using their customer support. There is a ton of behind the scenes add on's you can implement for your business. Also their customer support team is super nice and helpful! 

**What problems is ProWorkflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company used Proworkflow to manage projects and clients. Every client we have has been installed in Proworkflow and we run every project through this software. This includes retainer clients, design work, website development, social media management, etc.

**What do you like best about ProWorkflow?**

The support team is amazing.  They were so helpful every step of the way.  ProWorkflow is helpful in organizing, and handing out tasks to other members of the team.  The support team was the best of many I have come across A+

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

Some of the reports are hard to use.  There were some issues being able to export expenses information, in an excel format.  There was no way for us to record an attorneys hourly rate based on client or task.  

**Recommendations to others considering ProWorkflow:**

It is a good product.  It is hard to find a specific product that works well with both the project management side and the accounting side.  This is one of the better ones so far that we have came across   The support team was key to us in this process and would recommend them to anyone in need to great, fast and on point support.

Bring the project management and the accounting sides of the business together. Having user friendly reports that can be used by both sides as well.

The truth is I have not used it much but I would like to use it more.

The graphs I think still lack more development.

As the report states, we have not had the opportunity to use it much and we do not know much about its weaknesses and strengths.

It has a mobile platform as well which gives me the live progress of my project and all the employees that are working right now on it.

It is quite expensive. For a smaller company it is of no use.

It is a great software. And is completely online. So for a big project it is great asset to track all the project attributes.

I tried the trial version for my small project. It was very effective. But it is expensive . So i use MS project instead.

Lack of integration between project / project request data and quote/invoice data. - Unable to have multiple companies for the one contact.

The intuitive interface, ease of use and ability for our team to begin using it immediately without extensive training was the biggest pro.

Saves time, reduces unnecessary calls, keeps everything organized and reduces stress and helps manage project budgets and time on projects.
All of our engineers and marketing staff use PWF to maintain over many requests to-date

Pricing is calculated per user so it can get a bit expensive if you have a lot of employees.

**What do you like best about ProWorkflow?**

Proworkflow has lots of features that make keeping a project organized easy. I like the communication function because conversations are shown as threads and I hate chasing down which e-mail was the last one sent.

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

There are too many steps to set up a project. I'm not crazy about the interface.

**Recommendations to others considering ProWorkflow:**

I found it pretty easy to use but some of my clients did not. There's a lot going on in the interface and some clients find it confusing. I had to look for a tool with a simpler interface to make it easier for my clients.

**What problems is ProWorkflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to maintain communication in a central location and to facilitate collaboration. ProWorkflow makes it easier to keep files together and organized for my projects.

**What do you like best about ProWorkflow?**

Instead of managing projects through email strings, which often get broken, someone gets left out, etc.  This has all that built in.  We have double approvals for all our emails.  We use this tool to share the project, gain additions/subtractions, then have everything in one area for tracking.  We have had clients comeback to say something was not approved, when we have their timestamp saying they did.  

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

We had some difficultly initially setting things up.  After using it for a couple projects, seeing how it worked, things are now working well.  Time spent ahead of time thinking things through is beneficial.  

**What problems is ProWorkflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned, we have used this for our email program.  We have content that is to be submitted to us, we build the program, and then send it off for final review(s) before sending.  This program helps us do everything to track the input and progress of the project.  It also helps us assign and adjust workload as we can see who has too much, or too little to do.  Nifty tool to have if you have multiple people with multiple input on a project.

I like how you can create templates and different sections to really clarify where a project is at and what is left to do.

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

It is kind of bland to look at. The dates are also hard to fill in until after you create the project. If you have a long template it takes twice as long to get it set up.

If you want to have color and ease of use then this is not the right way to go.

We've used PWF for years and love it. Fantastic customer service. Great product with lots of collaboration with other products we use - QuickBooks, GoogleDrive, Calendars...

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

Need it to interact a bit more with Quickbooks to automate some more of my processes. Would like the ability to rename some of the tabs. ie would change Quotes to Estimates.

Better than most softwares. Seems like a lot of set up - but it's worth it. PWF will do so much.

Time tracking. Central location for all job details. Ability to report extensively on just about anything we need to know.

I like the simplicity of the design. The page layout is straightforward and your projects and deadlines are all listed without having to navigate to a separate page. 

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

The daily emails reminding you of tasks. This is an important feature in all project management softwares but I wish there was a way to change the status to "awaiting client approval" so it doesn't look like its overdue on your part.

Better than other management systems out there that i have used in the past.

The system keeps me organized. If i didn't have it i would not be able to track my projects efficiently.

**What do you like best about ProWorkflow?**

ProWorkflow provides the team with an easy way to track their daily activities, monitor their productivity and ensure projects and tasks deadlines are met. It has a simple drag and drop feature and will display only tasks the specific user is assigned to. Accounts can readily access any expenses for invoicing. Projects can be completed and archived easily and conveniently. Switching between staff to monitor their time is a simple process.

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

A cumulative tracking of time is required. Unfortunately, when logged in as a single user (as opposed to "all staff") you can only see the time you've contributed to a task. If multiple people are working on a project at any given time, you're unable to see how many hours in total have been used against any allocated project.  Also, it's basically a right of passage for new staff members to accidentally "complete" tasks despite training as it's very tempting to click the circle button.

**Recommendations to others considering ProWorkflow:**

Use ProWorkflow to ensure your team are across what projects, tasks and clients you are working on. All our staff are trained, use and enjoy PWF and the benefits it brings.

ProWorkflow is an efficient time tracking tool used in our agency to monitor and bill time, and generate hours reports for the purposes of billing. It has been a useful tool in ensuring projects come in under time and under budget, and provides early warning signs if a project is likely to go over.

ProWorkFlow offers different options to enter time to make it quickly and easy (and for anyone working at an agency, this is a huge plus!) its layout is simple and users can have different views based on their needs (time entry, project management, billing, etc)

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

Did not realize changing the theme would change things universally for our team. Would be nice if proworkflow offered a dashboard that could be decluttered and personalized for each user. 

**Recommendations to others considering ProWorkflow:**

Easy to use platform that helps productivity rather than hinder. Many different ways to view and track data. 

**What problems is ProWorkflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time entry and time tracking. Getting a gauge of each employees billable rate and hours spent. Having a system to keep things clear and not be a huge time commitment to update and run is the right fit for us.

With ProWorkFlow, we have the ability to assign projects, track time, and view progress through projects. As a marketing agency, we use this software to manage project teams and communicate across the organization. It gives us better insight into total utilization vs billable utilization, revenue forecasting, and account planning.

The software can take a bit of time to load and refresh when variables are changed.

**What do you like best about ProWorkflow?**

Customizable to fit our office workflow. Interface is pretty straightforward and easy to use. This product has been working far better than any other CMS used here for managing our office projects.

**What do you dislike about ProWorkflow?**

Pulling reports is not very easy or user friendly, same with enabling some of the more advanced features. A project with a large task list can look unorganized and be hard to follow. No ability to edit messages after entering them, you have to delete then write again.

**Recommendations to others considering ProWorkflow:**

Their support is great, and the customization options are really handy to perfect your experience.

**What problems is ProWorkflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My office uses this product every day to keep track of our projects, and for client communications and collaboration.
