I mostly used Protractor for its reporting purposes when I worked as a Project Manager for a mid-sized franchise system called "Honest-1 Auto Care". All of the franchise units were required to use this system, and we all really found it to be a pretty great system for use in the auto-repair POS environment. The biggest benefit would be their around-the-clock (or so it seemed) support center in Canada. You could get help within the hour sometimes with even minor problems. Although I mostly dealt with emailing them, I would almost always get an immediate callback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
