**What do you like best about Protractor.NET?**

The reporting features of this software.

**What do you dislike about Protractor.NET?**

A couple of inventory things an AR things.

**Recommendations to others considering Protractor.NET:**

This software works excellent for our 6-bay auto repair shop. I would highly recommend for it's ease of use and features.

Accurate tracking of actual cost of our technicians and the ability to have reports made

**What do you like best about Protractor.NET?**

I mostly used Protractor for its reporting purposes when I worked as a Project Manager for a mid-sized franchise system called "Honest-1 Auto Care".  All of the franchise units were required to use this system, and we all really found it to be a pretty great system for use in the auto-repair POS environment.

**What do you dislike about Protractor.NET?**

We had very few snags, honestly.  I have nothing bad to say about Protractor.

**Recommendations to others considering Protractor.NET:**

Keep in touch with the corporate office on the latest updates, tips, and tricks.

**What problems is Protractor.NET solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit would be their around-the-clock (or so it seemed) support center in Canada.  You could get help within the hour sometimes with even minor problems.  Although I mostly dealt with emailing them, I would almost always get an immediate callback.

**What do you like best about Protractor.NET?**

I liked the in dept scheduling feature it makes sure that there is enough time to speak with each client about the issues with their vehicles.

**What do you dislike about Protractor.NET?**

I am not a fan of the entire program. I have found it easier to use another software.

**Recommendations to others considering Protractor.NET:**

I would not recommend this software. Ive not had luck with this software.

The only positive about the software is the scheduling that i described above
