"End-to-End Outbound Campaign Execution Built Around Our Ideal Client Profile"
5/5
What do you like best about Prospectout?

What impressed us most was how well they understood our ideal client profile and then translated our different services into a focused outbound campaign. They took care of the ICP research, built the prospect list, verified contacts, crafted personalized messaging, and managed the campaign end to end, including ongoing optimization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospectout?

The main area I think could be improved is the level of visibility into the campaign while it’s running. More frequent updates on which industries, company types, and messaging approaches are performing best would help us better understand the campaign’s progress and make internal decisions with more confidence. "ProspectOut Makes Multichannel Prospecting More Targeted and Professional"
5/5
What do you like best about Prospectout?

What stands out most for us is the multichannel approach to prospecting. Instead of relying on a single outreach channel, ProspectOut combines LinkedIn with targeted email outreach and structured follow-ups.

As a smaller media-production company, new business often depends on getting in front of the right marketing, creative, or business decision-makers. Being able to define a clear target audience and personalize outreach around the prospect’s actual business needs has made the conversations feel far more relevant than generic connection requests or mass emails.

I also really appreciate the emphasis on researching prospects before initiating contact. That research step has given us a stronger foundation for outreach and made our messages feel more targeted and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospectout?

The main consideration with LinkedIn outreach is that results can vary quite a bit depending on the target audience and the quality of the messaging. We’ve seen that a campaign aimed at one type of decision-maker can perform very differently from another, so continuous testing of audiences and messaging is important.

Having more detailed performance insights available throughout the campaign would also help us identify which segments are producing the strongest engagement more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rock-Solid Cold Email Infrastructure That Protects Our Primary Domain"
5/5
What do you like best about Prospectout?

What stands out most for us is that ProspectOut treats cold email as an infrastructure and deliverability problem, not just a copywriting exercise. As a growing IT services company with a team of under 50 people, protecting the reputation of our primary domain while building a dedicated outbound channel was important because email is a core part of our sales strategy.

The combination of secondary domains, professional inbox setup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication, warm-up, deliverability monitoring, and campaign management gave us a solid foundation for running outbound email without putting our main business email at risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospectout?

The main consideration is the time required for proper email infrastructure preparation before campaigns can run at full capacity. Domain setup and warm-up are necessary for good deliverability, but it means you shouldn’t expect to start sending large volumes right away.

It would also be useful to have more detailed deliverability reporting available from day one so we could monitor inbox placement and campaign performance more closely early on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customized ICP List-Building with Verified Decision-Maker Contacts"
5/5
What do you like best about Prospectout?

What stands out most about ProspectOut's list-building service is the level of customization around the ideal customer profile. Instead of relying on a generic database, the process is built around specific company characteristics, industries, job titles, and other targeting criteria.

For a software company with a specialized B2B offering, having prospects researched around the actual ICP is more valuable than simply receiving a large contact database. The emphasis on identifying decision-makers and verifying contact information also makes the resulting lists more practical for downstream sales and outreach activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospectout?

The main consideration is that highly targeted list building requires a clear definition of the ideal customer profile. The more specific the requirements are, the more important it becomes to review the initial criteria and make adjustments when certain prospect segments aren't as relevant.

More visibility into the research process and filtering criteria could also be useful when reviewing a newly prepared list, although this is more of an opportunity for additional transparency than a major limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ProspectOut Delivers Qualified B2B Opportunities with Highly Targeted Outreach"
5/5
What do you like best about Prospectout?

What stands out most about ProspectOut is the focus on qualified opportunities rather than simply delivering large lists of prospects. Their approach combines targeted prospect research, personalized outreach, follow-ups, and appointment setting, which makes the process more useful for a B2B financial-services company.

We also like the fact that the campaigns can be built around a specific ICP, including company characteristics and decision-maker roles. That level of targeting is important when the objective is to reach businesses that are genuinely relevant rather than generate a high volume of generic contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospectout?

Overall, the approach is compelling, although outbound campaigns naturally require ongoing refinement. Messaging and targeting may need to be adjusted as different segments respond differently.

More detailed campaign insights earlier in the process could also make it easier to understand which audiences and messaging angles are producing the strongest engagement. This is more of an optimization opportunity than a fundamental issue with the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ProspectOut Makes Outbound Systematic and Scales Our B2B Sales Pipeline"
5/5
What do you like best about Prospectout?

What I find most compelling about ProspectOut is how it makes outbound more systematic. For us as a software development company, finding potential customers isn’t the hard part the real challenge is consistently identifying the right accounts, reaching the appropriate decision-makers, and maintaining proper follow-up.

The combination of prospect research, targeted outreach, and appointment setting covers those different stages in one process. That has made it particularly useful as we’ve worked to expand our B2B sales pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospectout?

Outbound isn’t something you can simply set up once and leave untouched. Targeting and messaging need to evolve based on how different prospects respond.

We’ve found that you should expect ongoing testing and refinement rather than treating the process as a fixed, set-and-forget campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Structured, Quality-Focused Prospecting and Outreach with ProspectOut"
5/5
What do you like best about Prospectout?

The biggest advantage is having the prospecting and outreach process handled more systematically instead of relying entirely on manual research. For a growing software company, identifying the right companies and decision-makers can take a significant amount of time. ProspectOut's focus on ICP research, targeted prospect lists, personalized outreach, and appointment setting makes the process more structured.

I particularly like the emphasis on reaching relevant decision-makers rather than simply generating a high volume of contacts. That makes the approach more useful for a B2B software business where the quality of the opportunity matters as much as the number of prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospectout?

The main consideration is that outbound performance depends heavily on how accurately the ideal customer profile and messaging are defined. There is always some refinement involved when testing different audiences and messaging approaches. I would also want more visibility into performance data and optimization as campaigns develop. "ProspectOut Delivers Qualified Meetings with Competitive Pay-Per-Meeting Pricing"
5/5
What do you like best about Prospectout?

What we liked most about ProspectOut was their ability to consistently generate qualified meetings rather than simply providing generic leads. Their pay-per-meeting pricing model also reduced our risk and aligned the engagement with the results being delivered. We found the quality of the meetings particularly valuable, and their pricing was competitive compared with other lead-generation agencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospectout?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and did not experience any major issues. One potential improvement would be providing more detailed insights into email performance metrics earlier in the campaign. This was a minor point, however, and did not affect the overall success of the engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ProspectOut Delivers Qualified Meetings at a Competitive Price"
5/5
What do you like best about Prospectout?

What we liked most about ProspectOut was the combination of results and affordability. Their $500-per-month pricing was competitive, while they still delivered qualified meetings and tangible business outcomes. We also appreciated their understanding of cold-email outreach and their ability to reach relevant small business owners and decision-makers effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospectout?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and did not experience any major issues. One minor area that could be improved would be providing even more detailed performance insights and reporting. However, this was a relatively small consideration and did not detract from the overall results of the campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Steady Flow of Qualified Meetings—No Long-Term Contract Needed"
5/5
What do you like best about Prospectout?

money. ProspectOut delivered a steady flow of qualified meetings for our AI SaaS platform without requiring a long-term contract. We also appreciated their ability to understand our niche within fashion technology and adapt the targeting and messaging as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospectout?

We did not experience any major issues during the engagement. As with any outbound campaign, results can fluctuate somewhat from month to month, but ProspectOut was proactive about optimizing the campaigns when adjustments were needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
